I will be at the PNG/Wos game at 11:30. We play at 8:30 but I wouldn't miss that game for nuttin'! From what I've seen and heard...I'll say Wos by 20...Unless PNG white slow plays WOS. Good luck to both teams!!! Keep those kids safe and coach-em' up!!!!

You are right about it not being so easy in the 3A Playoff Classification...however, but since we have dropped down to 3A there is stilll yet to be anyone in the entire Golden Triangle Area or the PREVIOUS 4A District Classification "TEAMS" that have beat WOS....so what makes you think that little league is any different...3A, 4A, Little League...WOS is STILL THE BEST PROGRAM AROUND....and let BEAUMONT MERGE...just like West Brook went to Lufkin and took that beating....say thing goes when they come to WOS....we aren't afraid to play anyone....NO HAVE BEEN...NEVER WILL BE...if we lose...we lose...no need of whining about needing to MERGE....SIMPLY PUT!!!!! Relax, BIGWORM!!!! Slow down and think about what your saying....There is a spell check but no Grammar check...... It will all be settled between the lines.

Jr. Nederland Black - 6 Jr. Kountze - 23 Nederland Black didn't play well today. Defensive coach is terrible!!! All you have to do is run outside on us and you can score. Could not contain the run... Only gave up 3 first downs that weren't scores. Back to the drawing board I guess. Good thing we have 2 weeks off to work on things!

Look, I agree it was hot. But the kids can play football in that heat. As long as the coaches sub them sufficiently. My problem is that there needs to be more adequate shelter on the sidelines for them to cool down a bit before getting back out there. I do believe that the 10 min quarters are excessive. But as someone said, that is to get the kids their 10 plays. I have coached on all levels middle school to varsity...and I believe with the conditions we have...10 min. quarters are to much. Although, I coached a game in Nederland Sat. at 1:30. (In black jerseys) We had shelter on the sideline, a 10x10 ,a whole ice chest of towels and rags iced down, and plenty of water. I took all the precautions of the kids in mind, and still my son said..."Dad, why did you take me out of the game so much?" I'm all for early games or night games. But until this situation is resolved. Some big tents, portable fans and other such thing would be great. The only thing that matters is, WHAT'S BEST FOR THE KIDS!!!!
