Close...if not for that bunt single.  Indian starter did a great job of peppering the outside part of the plate and just off.  Pirate hitters didn't adjust.

IMO, it might have attracted more attention if the current season's schedules were pinned at the top, rather than outdated ones.

In the end PNG W got the win and they did it with two of there kids playing sick with strep, Oh and one of them was the running back, Oh I guess you did not know that.               some adults associated with that team who need help.

Would you welcome him to your team?...what if he were a 5-star type of player?

I am very disappointed in the up-keep and appearance of the fields.  To be such a tremendous facility, the fields are extremely under-kept.  There is a similar facility in nearby Sulphur (Frasch Park), whose fields are immaculate.  They also just hosted a well managed World Series.  In the future, just know there is another option and they may actually put some of that money back into the product.

VYBL Spring registration will be held January 23 and 30.  It will be at the baseball fields from 9:00 - 1:00.

I don't know.  But I bet Lumberton Red runs away with it.  I mean, just look at their record. 

Congratulations to Coach Cory and the boys!  I know it must be hard for them to have not played in a game in almost TWO MONTHS and come out, shake off the rust, and pull out a win.  Good luck on Saturday.

Wow! That was a quick post of the results.  What, do you pack a laptop in the dugout with all those big sticks. 

You can't overlook Coach "Humby" Humberson for the Pirates.  He single handedly help turn the Vidor-PNG game around.  If you don't believe me, go check out the video.  He is ALL OVER the ump about the PNG 1B coming off of the bag!!!
