I was there and  was sitting as close to the court as you could unless you were at the table with AAW & Lazeek and I still don't have any idea what he said.  It didn't have any effect on the outcome.  I think after one T has already been called on the bench the coach should have been aware of the situation and not put himself in the position where he could hav been tossed.  Whether the official was right or wrong don't give him the opportunity to toss you.

Prudhomme will definately take up a lot of the slack.  Especially offensive ,  from  what I hav sen he will be able to score inside and out.  I will have  to see on the defensive end though,  he has shown me some strongpoints but h won't be as quick as Turner. He will be a heck of a player by the time he graduates.

[/quote]ST, I hope you're right.  But, even eliminating the string of turnovers, Silsbee was out of their offense for most of the 2nd half.  Admittedly, Silsbee's defense took HJ out of their offense for almost the entire 2nd half as well. The comments about our guards strength,  the preview says Madison returns all state guards.

Hopefully at least half of Lazeek's predictions are correct.  I doubt his Yates one.

According to UIL Madison is the Trojans.

He is going to the University of Texas...very smart kid.

8 teams=40 starters yet 52 players in district recognized...that is ridiculous.  I am sure all of them are fine athletes but there should be a limit to the all district teams.

52 players recognized, that feels like it dilutes the honor.  Congratulations to these players.

Looking at the rosters on the UIL website this will really be a tough matchup.  Height will not  be an advantage for either team as both is used too.  Should be a great game.
