There has been a lot said at least by certain individuals about some of the Tigers losses this year. So I thought I would take a look at those losses and some of our wins and see just how those teams did or are doing. Losses Concordia Lutheran 79-87 a record of 40-1 still playing in the playoffs... Atascocita 66-70 went 2 rounds deep in the 6A... SA Wagner 68-100 & 76-86 Still playing in 6A North Shore 40-52 went 2 rounds deep in 6A Center 74-76 sill playing in 4A Duncanville 76-91 went 2 rounds deep in 6A was ranked #7 The Woodlands 63-68 went 2 rounds deep in 6A I don’t think there are any of those to be ashamed of at all. Sure there are one or two we probably should or could have won but that is part of playing the game. Now a few of our wins... Pflugerville 84-77 still playing in 6A South SA 73-59 still playing in 6A Cy Springs 71-61 went 2 rounds in 6A FW Wyatt 73-65 still playing in 5A HJ 87-62 still playing in 4A LaMarque 102-73 still playing in 3A Hmmm looks like a pretty solid body of work to me....

Yes. A few years ago that’s where we played them in this round. I have a feeling that we may be that second game behind you Monday. I have not heard that at all yet but just my feeling.

Could this on be part of a double header??

Was not impressed by either of those 2... Shepherd or Scarborough.

The Tigers were up by right at the same margin as you were after the first qtr and at half the last time as well.

Scarborough is winning after 1 14-2. Shepherd is going to have problems if their big guy is dribbling out front with those speedy hands

If you insist on comparing scores, I will give you my Tigers had a close one in Orange but we beat them by 50 as well and they had their guards. But e just hung a 30 on a team that I don’t think you beat by that much in 2 games combined.

Hmmmm I think that’s what they are calling a 30 pc these days.

Wos guards by what I am hearing also took a hit before the playoffs. I have heard by some who should know that both PGs quit before the playoffs.

All this talk, it’s exactly that talk. Both teams better worry about one game at a time...tonight for us it’s North Forest....we don’t even need to know who Yates is today!!

One backed out of a commit to Baylor. Can’t remember if other had an offer or not.

Haven’t seen Yates this year. Obviously they are real good but so are my Tigers. We will need to hit the boards hard and need to stay out of foul trouble especially Barnes and McCain as they are the two “bigs”. Other than that we definitely have the guards to handle the press. One thing I have noticed with WOS in playing them is that when that press starts working, they get down o themselves and each other, that’s what we can’t do. Shake that play off and go on to the next. If this game happens it will be fun for all. GO TIGERS!!!
