Thursday and Friday 7p start Anahuac. Saturday 2p if necessary. Should be a good series.

What are those kids doing in the summer? Come on most hs coaches are not making kids better. That's done during the summer and off season. I'm nor arguing at all...I just know that player development is done during the off season. I know a few kids off that team. Good group of boys but coaching is just a small part of it. Wish u guys luck next season.

What are you Silsbee fanatics guys wishing for. 1 game or 3 game series? Pesonally hoping for a 3 game series. Would be nice to even know a schedule today. Smh

At 10-14 highly doubt coaching cost you this many games.

If they are 3 seed who gets BC in the first round? 2nd place team from 21-4A which is currently Splendora? Is that correct?

I have an idea..........Screw the rules. Just play back yard sandlot baseball and let the players call their own balls, strikes, outs. heck sounds some people even think its OK to have ghost runners! LOL Rules are rules and as bad is it sounds/hearsay or whatever, punishments will take place and its unfortunate. I have no dog in this fight but I do have experience breaking the rules and a harsh punishment caused my team not to advance to the next level. Sounds like we will all know just how severe Tuesday. Tough on the kids and heck the coach may/may not even knew what happened.

I hate the one game format and agree it should be a best of 3 game series. IMO 3 game series the best team comes out on top.

This was a good game with Huffman pulling it out in the bottom of the 8th 3-2. Liberty scored to unearned runs in the top of the 4th to make it 2 zip. Huffman answers in the bottom of the 5th with 2 runs of their own. Next couple of innings Liberty and Huffman had traffic on the bases but could not get anything across. Huffman loads the bases in the bottom of the 8th or 9th with 1 out and kid boots one at third to win the game. Ball was hit hard and would have been a tough play. Huffman goes to 2 - 0 in district.

Well let me go ahead and start off by saying LIBERTY AINT PLAYED NOBODY and HUFFMAN RUN RULES THEM TOMORROW NIGHT! Liberty's schedule is watered down so I hope you enjoyed the cake walk before tomorrow night. Huffman will be packed and should be a great environment for Tuesday night baseball. LOL......... I am just messing. Safe Travels Liberty and should be a great game tomorrow night. Weather will be gr8 too!!!!!!!

Yup another loss. Huffman has no consistency at the plate. Dont make routine plays. Maybe 1 stolen base this season. I bet our pitchers lead the entire nation in walks and opponents have probably scored 90% of their runs with 2 outs. I mean 3-4 pitch 2 outs and then end up throwing 45 pitches in the inning type stuff. All that being said, hopefully things will start falling into place after spring break and get into district and start rolling. Pretty descent 3-4 guys on the mound will get the bulk of the work in district and playoffs.

Word on the street is Huffman gets it by next season. That being said, don't do squat for this year. More rain this week thru Monday then turning cold. Huffman hosting a tourney Thursday thru Saturday on grass fields! LOL
