The only thing I see hindering FW this year from a deep run is their speed, overall a really good team. Dayton, hmm....

PNG is one of the teams that I follow throughout the season because I've always been impressed with the tradition, sportsmanship and the fan support but I really, really thing PNG fell way short on these uni's and helmets. The sky was the limit on the design pattern for the helmet and thats the best they could have come up with? Sorry guys....

I'm going to get reamed for this one but the new PNG uniforms that were posted on here were ok at best and the helmets were absolutely horrible. The sky was the limit for the emblem in my opinion but the letters and a 1950's drawing of a chief look as though someone couldn't make up their mind and said what the heck. Not impressed sorry.

Drove by yesterday and it looked like both endzone's were being replaced/reconditioned...

Gonna have to go with Joe Carter who graduated in 92' from Dayton. This guy was a monster 6'06" and 300 plus. Played and started all 4 years at McNeese St. I wanna say that was probably one of, if not, the biggest lines to come through Dayton that year, averaged right at 300lbs.

Just as I thought. Crickets chirping from the Michael Vick Vap-O-Rub Club. The Federal system goes off of their set guidelines for sentencing (what role they played, past criminal history etc)...that's why Vick only got a couple of years. What's bad about being indicted in the Federal System is there is no statute of limitations, they can go back to birth if they want ;D

As far as possible losses I'm going with Bay City, Friendswood, and North Forest....Bay City because they've been there, Friendswood because they always play Dayton hard (still mad about the parking!!) and North Forest because they always have good athletes (get Dayton on a bad night, never know)....

At least we don't have to go through that traffic and no parking hell again....still mad about the parking and stadium seating!!! I might get over it with a win in D-Town this year 8)

Hopefully he leaves the Crosby attitude over there....no distractions :-\

From what I've seen in Spring Training they could use some bats as well, I know they'll come around but geeeeezzzzzz! Can we at least get 2 wins in Spring?!

All I know is A-Rod has got to be dumber than a bag of hammers. He never should have done the interviews. I wouldn't put it past Steinbrenner Jr. to have made him do the interviews to get more publicity and scandal which ='s more revenue. I love this time of year when baseball rolls around but I have had my fill on all this steroid crap. WHO CARES?!?! I know i don't, never did.

Maybe they misremember how to win.

The way I see it is let them use the stuff but put them under strict doctors orders etc. Heck, they are just entertaining like WWE does. Who are we to judge, they get paid millions of dollars to entertain us. I bet revenue has skyrocketed since all this steroid stuff has come out several years back. Bad publicity is always good publicity in the entertainment business.

Kind of reminds me of that bad burrito from the 7-11 I ate awhile back :D

Heck, I get tired of reading about lots of stuff on here BUT its a public forum. I really dont care either way who becomes the next HC at PNG but if I lived there I probably would. Its pretty simple, if I don't want to read it then it doesn't get opened. Man, that was tough. 8)
