There are some pretty sorry KT fans on there.

Regardless of the stats, which they (KT) are talking about, shoot Dayton gift wrapped one td for them after that record setting punt and another on that fumble in the red zone after Dugat made that great run. So, NO, Tivy should have never of even been in that game. Awesome job Broncs.

Must not have been at the Waller game last year then. Besides yesterday, the Waller game WAS the best game I had ever seen.

Well if anyone in 4A has a shot to beat Lake Travis, I would have to say Longview has the only shot. And its not really even a great shot. LT is definately going to give the Lobos all they can handle and more. I've been haten to much on FW and forgot about the LT v HP game last year for the state championship. LT was beat in that game and one dropped pass there at the end of the game cost HP the win. It can be done.

If you had to ask Dave Campbells writers Dayton's win was an upset as well.....WHATEVER! I think Dayton has made their point. Finally a shot at the trophy! Congrats coaches and players, prove them nay'sayers wrong again this week.

wasn't able to make the game but just got off the phone and was told they can't stop AJ, said it looks like they are keying on Green. Was told also that KT's defense is pretty good and really tackling well. Hopefully adjustments will come the second half. I think it's Dayton's game to give away. Dayton will get the ball first after half and the wind at their backs.

Just think if Barry would have played RB those last couple of years in 91 & 92. That was probably the biggest team to come thru Dayton. The O-Line was HUGE, averaged over 300lbs. That team had some high expectations and some great athletes. Barry's up there at the top.

Are you freakn'kidn me! Google Ricky Eggleston and see what pops up, he didn't have the luxury of a Div-1 QB throwing to him. This man set all kinds of records and put Sam Houston State University on the map. I can think of several other good receivers and tight-ends that came through the system that never got the opportunities of having a Div-1 QB throwing to them. Bite your tongue bud. Now that Ardist fella'seem to be injury prone and had two left feet. ;D

Well, when you look at the final four teams and their records its obvious they are the four best teams left in the state(in their respected divisions). With that being said it's really hard to pick the winner. Of course I would love for Dayton to win it all and if they play like they did last week, SMASHMOUTH, then they should make school history.

I for one would never speak ill of Friendswoods player or any others for that matter. My perspective is always as a fan and my comments earlier in the thread were to let the fans know how they would be feeling as the game progresses. Friendswood is a thorn in Daytons side and deserves our respect not just because they beat us this year but because they are good team. That said, good isn't good enough when it comes to playing Lake Travis... I've seen FW play and I've seen LT play. Two totally different levels of football. The only way FW doesn't lose this game is if Hurrican Ike hits College Station. Sorry gents.

Ok, last year, I know you guys beat Dayton but last year Dayton had one of, if not the top ranked Defense's in the state going into the LT game. Dayton's defense was just dominating teams and Dayton was even picked to win by some but I've seen FW's defense play and have seen what they have done in the playoffs. I know, I know, any team can be beat on any given night BUT......FW is going to see what the next level is all about. LT 56 - FW 10

Who didn't have respect for the triangle?? Afterall the Jags beat Angleton who handed FW it's only loss. One thing for sure is that FW did what it takes to have another game next week nuff said!!!! Agreed...their offense last year was the best offense I've ever seen in High School regardless of division. I agree. After watching them last year they are on a whole'nother level. What impressed me the most was that they had a kid for every spot on the field including special teams. It rained the whole game and all of the receivers they had didn't drop the first pass, impressive.

At least Dayton has a chance next week, a real good chance to win the game. The mighty Stangs are already counted out like a fat kid in dodgeball!! Enjoy Kyle Field :D

I sure hope your not referring to FW as a speed team? By the way we know LT is BIG! We've only been talking about LT since the first game of the season. They have enough kids in their football program to make two football teams. If they don't beat the overrated FW team by at least 40 it will be a disappointment. They won't be in 4A for long.
