I agree and I do think the job hopping is a red flag. I don't hire people who have moved around a lot unless they're moving up. In that case, I undertand their rational more.

Same could be said of any coach that wanted to move to a bigger school. Jenkins had a son that will be playing at Lamar, being at a school closer would have been ideal for him, I wouldn’t have seen him moving anytime soon.

It’s like they reload! When I coached Little Dribblers back in the day and we went to Nationals, they always had awesome teams! They have a great program there - little league thru high school!

Lumberton 9-17 this year. I guess you could say they’ve won nine and be correct.
