  2. Memorial needs to stick with Stedman as the qb, he has the better arm and makes better decisions passing the ball. Earl Hines is on another level as far as linebacker play. He was all over the field. Memorial's running game is as good as its been since Jamaal left, and Ronzell King is an absolute beast. They need to get K"Sean Wesley the ball more, he is a playmaker. The nose tackle was getting killed all night in the run game, and the coverage in the secondary was terrible.

  4. oth teams had broght spots, and both teams have things to work on. PNG's qb has one of the strongest arms I have seen in a while, and #88 can catch. They were a little suspect at stopping the run when Memorial ran right at them, but PNG's defense was real discipline when PAM tried running option plays. PAM is deep at RB and Stedman should start at qb. Their secondary is really the downfall of the defense right now. Crossing patterns killed them last night. Both teams should compete for playoff positions.
  5. Earl Hines PA Memorial, dudes a beast. Will only get better with Tony Brown at DC
  6. I was just wondering. These guys are co district champs but get no love from around here. Just curious as to why?
  7. Strake is in Houston. Saw them play last week and they are legit.
  8. The Port Arthur Cowboys Advanced to the State Finals with a 8-7 victory in San Antonio today. Congrats and good luck next weekend in College Station!!!!!!!!
  9. I will be in Baytown Friday and Saturday watching Memorial, WB , and Central.
  10. Memorial's Coaching staff is a joke. They do not utilize a bunch of playmakers that they have on offense, and Jareal needs to be replaced at the qb position. He can not get the ball downfield and he locks in on one receiver and when he is not open he gets lost. But also, aside from a couple of kids there is no toughness on this team. My nephew plays on JV and tells me that varsity players cannot be hit at practice nor hit anyone, that explains the lack of decent tackling on this team. Something needs to be done, it is really getting sad.
  11. I don't know how may of you guys have seen Sterling but they are not that good. They are improved but not in WB class. WB should beat them handily of they come out and do not take them lightly. All there recievers do is run face routes and their qb does not have that strong of an arm. An id Christian Michael and Ryan Grant play that should be enough to get the victory.
