This past game in brenham was a straight up whipping. Im not sure what it is coming out of halftime, but PNG is just aweful as whole in the 3rd qt. Penalties seem to put us 1st and 15 on a regular basis. I hope offensively they dont plan on running RPO every play on offense. Im praying our coaching staff starts getting creative on the offensive side of the ball. We have been spoiled the last few years with size and great skills players. The size isnt here this year obviously we getting pushed around. Its district time now it counts its for real no excuses time to play big boy ball!! On a bright note though, Ned with the impressive upset. Gonna be an interesting Mid county madness. Another Upset with WOS going down too, Hamshire fannett licking their lips!! Long live Friday night lights!!!

Nothing new, he drops the easy tds but catches the hard first downs! Hes been like that for 3 years. Its kinda a 50/50 thing. I would say in the last 3 years he has dropped more tds than he has caught. Kid is extremely fast and a home run threat everytime he lines up, but is also like a lottery ticket, you hold your breath every time the ball is thrown at him .

I love PNGs preseason , all dogs except West Brook, will have the Indians prepared for district! I hate that they scheduled Brenham for an away game but it gives me a reason to go to deer lease afterwards.

Should be a great game speed vs ball control. If PNG can play turnover free and mistake free ball control then they have a good shot. Im sure they are drawing all the players from the Fort Bend area. Just like Randle and Iowa Colony they will have large numbers for sure.

Man what you expect Dayton got 8 and 9 men in the box, aint noone gonna run up the middle on that, maybe around the ends. Of course we gonna look flat, but thats why the passing game is so important hitting the quick screens in the flats. Coach Gizzy is making some great calls to counter the pressure everyone is sending. You just have to trust the process. Next two games will prob be blowouts. Relax the run game is there just not against 9 in the box!!

It is Mid County madness, everything can be thrown out the window lol, I can see a great game for the record books this year. Ned is much improved under their new coach. I didn't think they would beat Lake Creek, but they pulled it off with a late big run. I'm thinking this game is over by 930 pm both teams running the ball eating up clock. Turnovers will be crucial! I see everyone comparing this year's team to last year's team, totally different. Our special teams scare the hell out of me lol, our secondary has no speed and i don't see the players flying to the ball. But what i do see is we can run the ball eat up clock and pass the ball when needed. What we are lacking is stopping the fake punts on 4th down and onside kicks. We are still resilient enough to make up for our mistakes, but against good teams we may not be so lucky. I am excited for Friday night to get here. I am hoping both teams come thru with no injuries. It is nice to see both teams undefeated in district, since the UIL decided to screw things up yet once again, not liking these two-hour drives for a district game. I think the changes on defense that the coaches made have improved our defense. I am curious to see the how the play calling goes. Will there be a few trick plays we shall see lol. Still think The Indians come out on top! Scalpem !!!

Better to get them over with and then start setting the dinner table. Lake Creek is PNGs only concern right now. They are on the clock and its ticking. That coach is underestimating us, he should be ready for a war lol! I can hear the Indiannettes now " Blood, Blood, Blood makes the grass grow"
