How is Broaddus and west Sabine looking this year?

When will we know who plays who for the first round? I've never payed attention to how basketball playoffs work.

I'm guessing either Kountze by 3, or Buna by 8. Buna is on fire this season, and I'd love to see them win district. It all comes down to who wants it more. If Kountze wins aren't they tied with Buna for first place?

I think it was a smart choice of turning themselves in. If they wouldn't have and the UIL would have found out, I think the consequences might've been worst. I'm not really sure. I guess it depends on the situation they're in.

What are yalls predictions? It was a close game last time we played them. Not really sure how their second half of district went.

I played in the same organization as Kj back a few years ago and knew he was going to be a great athlete when he got into highschool. I had the chance to watch one of the games last year and he put on quite the show. Proud of him, I hope he does good in college!

I'm glad deweyville got a little recognition. Caleb Winkle has been working hard. I know they lost against Evadale but he dropped 30 on them.

Hopefully this will be a more close of a game this time. I know the deweyville boys are eager to get payback against the rebels. But you never know what's going to happen. Good luck to all the players and staff and hope for a safe and clean game. Go Pirates!

Their boys were fast and very athletic. They weren't the best shooters, but made a lot of lay ups and freethrows. But both of those win games. Their attitudes got the best of them towards the end. But I was very impressed by them.

49-39 Deweyville takes it for the W

West Hardin is always good. They always have some good talent. Deweyville is going to come off strong after losing to Evadale. I think this is going to be a good game.

You never know. Anything can happen when it comes to sports. Is that Mackey kid playing??

Haven't see Evadale this year. It will be a very tight and intense game. Evadale boys are always rough and execute the game well. But Deweyville has been strong this year and they're getting stronger throughout the season. It's going to be a nail bitter, but I say Deweyville takes this one.
