4th qrt. 30 sec left on ridge point 20 yard line tied and Angleton fumbles the ball. SMH that was our game lol....

Not really a comment on improvement, just stylistic matchups. Angleton lost in the third round last year too, Crosby beat them 38-15 in their own stadium before they were 6 points from a rematch in the regional final where we would have done them the same way.
The teams that Angleton has lost to or barely beaten lately the teams with defensive fronts similar to Crosby's. You can improve a lot during the season, sometimes you matchup with a team that plays exactly to your strengths offensively.
Angleton ran 72 plays to College Stations 35. Ridge Point D seems to not able to stop the run. If that's the case, they will have a long game ahead of them. Angleton will eat the clock and limit their chances offensively.

Maybe Foster would whip a lot of teams? I just know against a common opponent that we whipped 34-0, Foster needed a late score to win by 7. So obviously that's not one the teams they can whip.
I watched the entire game with Willowridge, Willowridge is terrible but RP needed 5 field goals to beat them by three in OT. I remember watching Elkins play Marshall the week after they beat Ridge Point and thinking Elkins might not even be able to score on Crosby.
Think about it? The only team alive from your district is RP after scoring a last minute touchdown to beat a 7-3 PLC. If you take out the Ball game, RP is giving up 33ppg the last month of the season. Like I told you at the beginning of the year, this squad is a far cry from what they put on the field last year.
Seems like you were right on the money. Never compare teams from their past. Angleton in week 10 was whole different team than week 2.

This says your defense was better than ours, and your offense only a 4 point difference. Everybody rooting for Crosby now, lay down your sword and except the support.
like I said before, not saying Angleton would of beat Crosby, but Angleton had 5 key players out against them including the RB. I think the score wouldn't of been as bad.

When he fumbled there was more than 10 sec. Then then with the pile more clock was gone. Any how, would been hard to kick a field goal with clock moving. Coach should ran clock down and spiked it instead of running....
