#4 Texas A&M took 2 out of 3 from Holy Cross this weekend to move to 6-1 on the year. A&M took game 1 by a score of 3-2 with a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the 11th. Holy Cross won game 2, 7-3 in 10 innings.  Statum was 0-1 with a run, rbi and 2 BB's Ags won game 3, 8-2 with Statum getting a single in his one pinch hit at bat.

UT lost the first game to #2 Stanford 7-2.  Felts was 0-2 with a Walk.  Bellow was 0-3 with a walk Stanford won game 2.  Felts was 0-3 with a BB.  Bellow DNP UT is now 2-4 on the year with Game 3 about to get under way

Stroud is 1 shot back of the leader and in 2nd place by himself after 4 holes.  This tourney will be on tape delay on the Golf Channel at 6pm.

Spring Branch scored 4 in the 7th to win 4-0.

0-0 mid 4.  Ned is hitting the ball, but right at people.

0-0 after 1.  Ned got 2 hits but left them stranded.  The Rocket is at the game now.  I bet he can still hit 90.

Saw this stat on Twitter BC pitching staff has allowed 4 hits in their 3 games.  Wow!

Nederland is trailing Klein 2-0 in the 6th Mitchell Sanderson went the first 4 innings allowing 0 runs on 1 hit in his first action since an injuring his arm last summer.  Gabe Nevala has pitched the last 2 allowing a 2 run HR for the only scoring of the game.

This tourney should be a good sign of the difference in the bats this year.  I doubt we will see 9 HR's in a game like in the past.

Who pitched for both teams?

I have had a pitcher get credited with the win without throwing a pitch.  Cody Laird(Nederland & Lamar) has the best pickoff move I have ever seen.  We put him in with a man on first in a tie game and he picked the runner off to end the inning without even looking at the catcher.  We went on to win the game in the next half inning making Cody the pitcher of record.

UT Arlington defeated Texas 7-5 tonight.  The Longhorns are now (2-2) on the year.  OF's Jacob Felts was 2-4 with a run scored. 3 game series at #3 Stanford this weekend
