This tourney should be a good sign of the difference in the bats this year.  I doubt we will see 9 HR's in a game like in the past.

Who pitched for both teams?

I have had a pitcher get credited with the win without throwing a pitch.  Cody Laird(Nederland & Lamar) has the best pickoff move I have ever seen.  We put him in with a man on first in a tie game and he picked the runner off to end the inning without even looking at the catcher.  We went on to win the game in the next half inning making Cody the pitcher of record.

UT Arlington defeated Texas 7-5 tonight.  The Longhorns are now (2-2) on the year.  OF's Jacob Felts was 2-4 with a run scored. 3 game series at #3 Stanford this weekend

A&M beat SFA tonight 4-3 to improve their record to (4-0) on the young season. The Ags will play 3 games at home against Holy Cross this weekend.

[/quote] It is always scary to see that happen.  It was good to see him get up and walk off of the field on his own.  That is one of the main reasons they went to BBCOR bats this year.  Hopefully he makes a speedy recovery.
