Tryouts are set for Tuesday May 15th at 6pm and Sunday the 20th at 3:30pm.  New players need to make one of these tryouts.  The first games are set for Wednesday May 23rd.

The judges had the fight 117-111, 117-111. and 118-110 all for Mayweather.  Floyd had to work for this victory tonight.  Great fight all the way around.

Floyd won round 12 and probably the fight.  Now he just needs to quit ducking Pacquio and give everyone the fight they want to see.

Headed to the last round.  Mayweather may have a slight lead according to some.  They are saying that Mayweather has never been hit like he is tonight.

Rounds 5 & 6 were very close with some giving both rounds to Cotto and some giving them to Mayweather

Mayweather takes the 4th to even it up

I'm not watching but according to people scoring the fight Cotto took the 2nd and 3rd rounds and leads so far.

Mayweather is finally going to fight someone tonight.  He is guaranteed the largest payday ever, which I guess is all he is worried about. [Hidden Content]

He's 2-2 with a 3 run bomb so far in tonights game.  The kid can flat out hit.  Not bad for the shortest player in the league at 5'5".  He is making a name for himself across the league.

[/quote] I agree.  I watched a segment about Albert adopting his future wife's daughter who has down syndrome.  It's hard not to root for an athlete who took on that resposibilty at such a young age.  Most athletes would run from that, especially since the kid wasn't his.  He earned my respect and still continues to run a foundation for Downs syndrome research.  [Hidden Content]
