Lefty #9 started and went 2.  Righty #31 is starting the 3rd now.

Nederland has loaded the bases with 1 out in both innings but only have 1 run to show for it.

3 walks hurt more.  BH got 4 runs on 1 hit

Brown is not locating his curve ball. E5, 3 straight walks and a single. 3-1 BH still batting with 0 outs

It would have been nice to get more than 1 run there.  Still a nice start for the Dogs.

It's finally time to quit all of the talking and play ball!  I'm ready.  This should be a good one. 

It's May 3rd and there have been 2 more no hitters thrown than Albert Pujols homeruns. Also Chris Johnson and Carlos Beltran had more RBi's Last night than Albert does all year.  Is he just having a hard time adjusting to the AL or is this the beginning of a drastic decline?

There are a few players in the world that when the ball comes off of their bat it is just different, and he is one of them.  He hit 2 rockets last night off of the right center wall. His arm in the outfield is silly.  He has thrown a few balls on a rope that should have been assist if his catcher could catch. He plays hard and seems to be a student of the game, so I don't see why everyone is so quick to dog him besides his age and magazine covers.  The only problem I have is that his haircut is terrible.

Petitte went to bat for his boy, saying he may have misunderstood Clemens talking about steroids.  The govt. getting involved in peofessional sports leagues business is a huge waste of time and taxpayer money.  This has been proven everytime they go after one of the Steriod Era guys.

Not much action on this thread this year and I know we have plenty of talent in the area.  Give us the names and stats of any unsigned players that can maybe play at the next level.  Some college coaches and scouts read this forum and maybe we can get some local kids into school with your help.

Nick is reporting on FB that JJ is transferring again.  Anyone else heard this?

Rondo bumps a ref and Stoudemire punches glass.  Both are out and costing their teams.  I feel like I'm watching a soap opera the way these playoffs are turning out.

Amazing comeback by the Clippers last night coming back from 27 points down at the end of the 3rd! 

Felts had a RBI single to tie it at 1.  The Horns scored the game winner on a FC from the next batter. Felts finished the day 3-4 with 1 RBI [Hidden Content]
