Angleton 21 George Ranch 24. Geroge Ranch 21 Kingwood Park 24. Angleton scored 39 on Nederland, same Angleton who could only manage 21 on George Ranch which is one of the non-district victims of those sorry Kingwood Park Panthers.
Nederland 21-7 over Crosby. Crosby 35-17 over BH. Dayton barely beat BH 13-6. None of that means a thing. Dayton better play better than they did last night or Nederland will run all over them. Nederland will have their hands full in the 1st round, but to say they have no chance is silly.
Nederland 21 Crosby 7 - Dayton 45 Crosby 21 you do the math if you wana look at it that way
I don't want to look at it any way. Past scores mean nothing when these to teams square off. It will be a good game with whoever makes the least amount of mistakes winning. The only way Dayton & Nederland will play is if Dayton loses to SC. Are Dayton fans conceding this game already? -

Now my head hurts. Still a lot of things that can happen the next 2 weeks. All you can do is win both games and see what happens.
how many points does Central have to beat LCM by to make the playoffs?
If LC-M wins they are in If Central wins and Ozen loses one of its last 2 games then Central is in. If it comes down to these 3 teams tied at 3-4 then Ozen gets in on points Central- Ozen(-20) Ozen- Central(+20) LC-M(-6) LC-M- Ozen(+6) If PNG somehow wins out and 3 teams are tied at 3-4. Central would make it because both teams beat PNG and Central owns the head to head tie breaker over LCM Central- PNG(+6) LCM(?) PNG- Central(-6) LCM(-21)= -27 LCM-PNG(+21) Central(?)

They seem very worried about their matchup in division 1 and central winning and getting in the playoffs was their only chance to go the easier rout
Central can still get in with a win against LC-M. If they win and lose to Ned they will be 3-4 in district. If LC-M loses the last game to Vidor they are also 3-4 and Central would have the head to head tie breaker. Both teams will most likely lose their last game, so the LC-M/Central game next week should be for a playoff spot.
I guess that is not neccessarily true, because Ozen .and PNG can also end up at 3-4 and it would go to points.

Certainly sounds like they gave up after the punt? They should certainly clean house if that was the case. This was a must win for Central and it sounded like the staff just gave up.
After the punt Central had 2 timeouts and had to stop Livingston had 3 plays. On one of the plays they couldn't stop the clock. A lot of coaches let the clock run on the 1st play and use their timeouts on the next 2. When Livingston got the first down the game was over anyways. I think it was 4th & 30 from their own 7 when they decided to punt. Not many plays in the playbook for that kind of yardage

Nederland's D line gets all of the pub, but the Dogs Offensive line has really been playing well this year. Hopkins went over 1,000 yards on the season tonight and owes a lot of it to those guys up front. When Nederland gets a lead Hopkins and that line take over and shorten the game. Great game again tonight.
