CJ Wilson and the bullpen combined on a 2 hitter
Can they beat the Yankees or Twins for a chance to go to their 1st World Series??
Lee and Wilson are front line starters, the bullpen is good, and the offense has a good mix of speed and power that can manufacture runs. There is no reason they can't make the WS, but they need to win 1 more game first.
A friend posted this on FB: Where does Halladay rank among the great modern pitchers: Maddux, Glavine, Smoltz, Schilling, Beckett, Johnson, and Clemens? Roy still has some years left to catch up with those guys numbers. If he hadn't been hidden in Canada for all of those years, this argument may be a little different.

No one can match up on the mound 1-3 and they can hit with anyone. Baseball is a funny game, and any team that gets hot can win the whole thing. I'll cheer for the Rangers, but Hamilton not being healthy hurts them. As long as the Yanks don't win I'll be ok with it.
