Shepherd in no way beating Kountze is a upset, on that note I was pretty spot on saying shepherd 26-7. Kountze does have some athletes, but shepherd had the better team. Go Pirates!

Like I say I think Kountze takes this one but it's gonna be important for Kountze to pour it on in the first half O & D...Kountze needs to score alot and give up little when they are fresh because in the second half with a lack of depth they will have to manage their energy output...they will need to focus it on the Defensive side of the ball...an issue they could not manage last year...Kountze scored alot but never managed to elevate the defense...ie...track meet = being gased by the end of the third quarter.

I picked Shepherd in the pickems.  That pick was based on...well...nothing really.  I don't anything about either team other than Kountze has Arnold.  I know Shepherd had some decent athletes last year but I don't know who if any are back.  And I don't know anything about Cleveland.  

Call it gut feeling I guess.  Either way...I have a feeling it will be a competitive game.

newtons coming off a state champ run season while BC is coming off a 2-8 season that's the reason but still will be a good game

WOW, let me clear this up for yall, BC has improved this season no d'out i always like to see teams that have struggled do a turn around on their ball club. Newton reloads pretty much each year give or take, i think most people are making their prediction off of that which is the obvious, BC shocked Kville last week by getting the W, talk about a confidence booster for the whole BC nation, I have notice some new faces on this board supporting BC that is awsome, just dont leave us if BC does a nose dive support them to the end that is a key to a great football club support through and through BC also has a great coach that has stepped in as the #1 guy,...................now my prediction has not changed, i predict BC will make it a game up to mid of the 3rd with newton pulling away, 17-36 Newton

That's it, I will call Coach Keel and tell him to please not waste money to go to Kountze. Shepherd does not have a chance so why even go. I have a ton of respect for most of the fans for Kountze and the way their kids and coaches go about their business.

 

But come on Bobhoke15 that takes the cake. 5X and 10X better, oh my god that is funny. Does Kountze have some really good kids, why yes they do but good lord tell us something that will make what you say believable. Shepherd and Kountze have always played really good games against each other and I wouldn't think this one would be any different. Who wins, well I don't know.

 

Last year we heard how great Kountze was going to be and that really didn't come to be. Same with Shepherd.

Oh Yea Bobhoke15 I really do not remember a person from Shepherd making excuses.

To all the other Kountze fans, you guys keep it real and seem to be very honest about what you think, as for Bobhoke15 please don't start acting like you are from Hull.

No way SHEPHERD gets shut out! Not taking away from kountze they are always athletic and good, but Shepherd wins this game, it's a new week, yes they struggled to score against Cleveland but I think we rebound this week.

Yes I think it will be a good game, still have to account for Arnold all over the field the kid makes plays no doubt about it, shepherd has enough to win this one even tho their offense struggled against Cleveland. My prediction shepherd  26-7
