PNG is an easy place to play and we are their arch rival. Vidor too,,  as are most all the other schools we face. Honestly to me there is little very little intimidation in Port Neches and none in Vidor. When we go to PNG all I see is a bunch of pomp,, overdone pride, self proclaimed greatness and pride ridden tradition that is nothing but blah blah blah to me. Where all they care about is the bottom line, win or die.. (sorry my PNG friends, a couple of more weeks and it will all be over again till next year )

In Vidor nothing else matters but beating Nederland, just ask them and they will tell you. I have heard 1000 times, I dont care if we lose EVERY game, as long as we beat the Bulldogs. It does make me proud to be a Bulldog though, I love having that sort of respect that it means so much if you can find a way to beat our boys just 1 time your entire existence is made whole and complete.

To me intimidating would be SLC, LaMarque, Stepenville and even WOS.. Going into a stadium where the home teams players that grace the field,, those that your players are about to have to face, are the continuing part of a LOOOONG line of consistant performance and commitment to excellence. A team like WOS where there roster of actual players totals about 20 and they still find a way to out last a team that is 3 deep at every position and they still come out with the W. Where its not just about winning but its about perfection. Perfection that just so happens to result in winning. Where winning is not the purpose, its just the end result and its an inevitable matter of fact for the program and those who support it. THAT is what is intimidating.

I am from Nederland I played ball in Nederland my freinds played ball in Nederland also my kids played ball in Nederland. This guy never played ball for Nederland or anybody else thats A fact. I wonder how he knows anything??????????????????????.

Kelly is not the only school around here that recruits if you do it right it looks like chairty (poor kid needs a place to stay) or (he lives with his aunt&uncle because he cant get along at home) the best of all (mom & dad are split and dad has this apartment) all classics and I sure there are plenty more.

Why is it Vidor & Lumberton and even LCM try make out like we are there rivals. We also have our share of haters from PA. Last time I checked BIG NED only has1 long time rival our freinds from PNG. And haters come with sucses its called jelousy.

If nederland can replace the QB and that is A big if I hope they can because the entire offense is built around him. Not much of A run game to speak of last night for several reasons.They might sneak into the playoffs at #3. If they change the way they block or somthing.

The most underated team is the Nederland Bulldogs. In an earlier post I tried to say somthing positive about Vidor and VidorNorth and got called an idiot for my trouble I work with A lot of them good ole boys from Lumberton and they all say it daily.  Sorry if you dont think as much as I do of your own team.

The kids in Lumberton & Vidor who are 11 &12 grader this year have rarely lost A game to anybody since peewee they will be tough this year.

Shouldent we wait until they at least play 1 game before we crown them SETX superstarz. By the way 99 tackles or 700 yards in Kountz or Newton or Buna or BugTusel ant the same as 5A or 4A ball.

In my opinion this starts in when we are 8&9 years old and goes thew all our lives at work they call it nepatism or just human natuer . these coaches are just pepole what do you expect.

The Bulldog O line is A question mark even for the bulldog faithful on this board only 1 returnig .They will be ready you will see.

Sorry I was not more specific I meant the QB he was as good at QB as I have ever seen in high school run\throw do it all. Losing him changes the way pepole will play your team.

I am new at this I have been reading all of your opinons. Everyone points out Mosely is gone and he was one in A million all NED fans loved him and well they should have. I watched Ned Vs. Central last year central was more of A one man show ned. I dont recall his name but im pretty sure he is gone. Talant wise Central &Ozan(still a magnet)should have more than mid county by sheer numbers.    :
