this might be a stupid question, but how is everyone thinking lamar can go to the FBS so quickly, when we haven't even played the first game yet? this is in no way putting the team down, as i want this to succeed just as much as the next guy.. but i'm just wondering.

okay, go get the dave campbells from lastyear and see what we were expected to finish. NO ONE expected it, except us. think what you want! we DON'T care what ya'll think. we will go out every friday night and play our butts off. regardless of whether ppl think we can do it. so who cares how many returning starters there is. coach credeur has taught us one thing above everything else, and thats HEART. were not saying we will win state, win district, or make the playoffs. but we will play with HEART. every game will be a fight, and trust me.. we WILL be ready.

he's done very good in triple-a, but he just hasn't been lucky because of how good the pitcher that took his spot (masterson) has been throwing..

i agree. get rid of what you can on this team.. its time to develop. YOUNG TALENT. its what we need..

i'll leave it at this... the BEST teams are always the ones who can rebuild successfully. so like i said..

but, its very typical of the astros front office.. moderate to strong bats.. terrible pitching.

what exactly does that have to do with our results this year? ??? most of the starters this year were on varsity lastyear. so they are obviously good.. and we have one of the strongest coaching staffs around. so how about you wait until after a few games to make that assumption.

That's probably right. I wonder how many of the NBA players have played overseas? The number may be surprising. I have wondered how well are the paid. he said that there are quite a few playing there that have played in the NBA, and the other way around. and he said he makes plenty of money to live comfortably over there...

talked to brandon the other day at the wellness center in bmt.. he said overseas is a great place to play. and just because your there, doesn't mean your shot at playing in the NBA is over..

sad thing is, other than his last two starts.. he's been the best pitcher on the staff. and the astros screwed up by moving him to the bullpen. there loss. he'll find work else where
