Are you kidding me? Why are you the only one that can't take some lil'ol trash talkn on a public forum. Every time I was on the forum last year all I had to read was that freakn'score from the Dayton/Lumberton game and all the trash talkn'about the loss that Dayton took, just a lil'payback from last year is all, not that I have to explain myself but apparently I have done well in striking a nerve. Gotta'love Texas High School Football. By the way the Lake Travis game wasn't a fluke like the Lumberton game was against Dayton (hitn'that nerve again huh?). Dayton was playing at the top of their game when they played Lake Travis and the BETTER team won and Lake Travis will probably win the state title again this year. Choo Choo ha ha ha ha ha ha.......see ya'll saturday morning again, how was this a fluke? never understood that? so it was only a fluke when we beat every beaumont team, NEDERLAND (11 year playoff streak SNAPPED) oh wait, not to mention.. LAMARQUE. can't it be that our team was better on that night? instead of a fluke.. give it up.. if y'all "win" this scrimmage, it will NOT make up for the fact that we handed ya'll ya'lls only district loss in 2 years! ;D ;D regardless of how you look at it!

So I guess its ok for HF to scout Lumberton saturday morning? It's the same freakn'thing! There's a lot of what if's but lets say they meet in the playoffs and the Dayton coaches didn't scout them early on in the season...lot's of variables but its ok if you wanna'play it down to a scrimmage. Yes, it's ok for HF to scout Lumberton Sat. morning since they are playing us in a Real Game in a week. It makes all the sense in the world doesn't it. Technically it's not the same thing. One is a SCRIMMAGE & the other is a real Reg. season game. So no, not the same thing! But hey, it doesn't really matter now does it...if they want to scout for a scrimmage then they can scout. afterall it is kinda stupid.. no DECENT will even show half of their plays in a scrimmage.. so your still missing half of the things you'll need to completely scout a team. but let em do it if they want..

Just how do you "play it down to a scrimmage" when the fact remains, it is a scrimmage? Don't you know that? Yes I know that, but I guess that didn't come across right. Everytime we or they or whoever say its JUST a scrimmage doesn't make the game any less important for either side. This is a big football match-up not only for the players but especially for the fans. this matchup is being turned into what it is by the fans. lumberton is 100% focused of HF week 0.. because like they said, have you ever seen a 12 week regular season? NO! its a frickin glorified practice.. sure, both teams wanna do well.. but lumberton isn't too worried about running away with a huge victory. they'd much rather get beat in the scrimmage and win week 0. remember, scrimmage is a GLORIFIED practice.

It's funny how the fans of most of the teams we beat last year all jump on the band wagon of everyone that is playing us and try and gang up on Lumberton. Maybe because they got whooped last year? Ozen, don't you have the Izadore Report for today to tell us about? just like i said.. notice how he has yet to say anything about that? ;D

actually i have family in bridge city, so i do care how they do. notice how i said, they'll be FINE once district play starts.. if they ever get out of that stupid spread. and i talked to the quarterback who fumbled inside the 5, and he said no one touched it, so i'm goin to go with his word of someone who was sitting in the stands.. oh and btw, hannas 50 yard run or whatever it was, was a lot of stiff arms and him lowering his shoulder running people over.

we can only dream whats the highest lamar has ever been ranked? whether preseason or during the season..

here you go 92.. this is my first post. maybe you should read it too? and the reason we didn't score 5+ touchdowns is because we had 1 fumble inside the 5. and 1 inside the 15. both unforced. like you said, mistakes that will be fixed. but its hard to believe that many rushing plays of 10+ yards is a "simple error" by the BC defense. you also need to give credit where credit is due. lumbertons left tackle is going division 1, lumbertons left guard may also go division one, our center started 4 or 5 games last year on a VERY good offensive line. and our right tackle ways close to 300 pounds. can't the fact that our run plays went 10+ yards just about every carry be because we have a VERY GOOD offensive line, instead of a "simple error?"

Why wasn't Lumberton's Runningback running 60 70 yard runs every play then?? It doesn't matter if your running the base of all base of your offense If B.C.'s Defense relay Sucked he would have did that every play of the game and it would have been a repeat dude, go read your friends posts from BRIDGE CITY. even THEY said that almost every run for lumberton went for 10+ yards! now i'm not football coach or anything, but you don't really need 80+ yard rushes, when your gettin a first down EVERY play now do you? yeah, don't think so. and, if you wanna get smart about it, like WTB said.. they both DID have rushes of 40-50+ so..

if you read the posts.. two plays of over 15 yards the whole game for bc. 7 sacks by the lumberton defense on the first drive. (the first drive is a 15 play drive) 2 unforced fumbles for lumberton recovered by bc.. they stayed with them..?

i was watchin the game, i agree completely with maddons call to do that.

maybe their is a "curse" to the examiner. haha last year derrick hall was on it, and didn't do as well as expected.

lumberton finally picked up their business with their second possesion on offense. driving the ball downfield fairly easily. did fumble at the goal line, and we had to back it up to the 30.. but once again, drove the ball right in. our dline is going to be a big difference maker in games. BC however was much improved.. even though they only had 1 or 2 plays of more than 15 yards, still much improved. and this is meant with no disrespect.. ppl on earlier posts were saying if BC's line could give the QB time to throw the ball they wlda been fine. well.. lumberton's dline will give everyone trouble, so i wouldn't expect BC's line to be able to stop them. but i think BC will do just fine giving their quarterback time during district play.

starting off right! now all we need is some previews of what it is to look like!

beard, gillam, howden, hanna, and look for kendall duvall to do veryy well at the d-end position opposite hanna. outside of lumberton, cardenas from nederland. tatum from pn-g. this isadore guy better be on the list if he's as good as finest makes him out to be ;D
