I do think Silsbee will win by 20+ but I wouldn't be surprised to find it a lil close only 1st quarter. Katon Brown will be a force to deal with down low for Silsbee.

Man this game almost gave me all types of heart attacks. We definitely beat the odds. We were counted out so much all year, even by people on here, but I said there was something special about this team. They fight , fight and fight til the clock hits 0:00. Defense played their butts off and Offense can score when needed. Beyond proud of this group. Now let's finish it off and bring it back again.

More than sure Wimberley haven't seen a defense like ours. Y'all been saying all year we aren't good as last year. To say a team that's having a "down" year, were STILL here in the 5th round, surviving each week by week. Like i said before, embrace the doubt. These kids been busting their butts all year, dealing with the hurricane , hearing they're not very good and etc. Just another day at the office come next friday. We'll be more than ready. That Navasota group in 2012 was the best small school team i’ve ever seen in my life. Our defense that year was the best defense we had ever fielded with 10 shutouts on the year, an Alabama , Arizona State , Baylor and UTEP commits in the secondary and 2 three year starting linebackers that went on to be Juco All Americans. They shredded us 38-7. They were big , fast , physical and well coached by Coach Fedora. They won the state title game something like 41-3 or so.

All i know is when it's time for us to win we make it happen. Team has been battle tested a quite few times this year and they find a way to come out with the win. I am nothing but proud of this team despite what any one says! One game at a time Mustangs and we could very well end back up Jerry's World. Embrace the hate from your doubters!

You can have all the speed in the world, but if you can't get open then that speed means nothing. It's more than speed to just winning a route.

They run a spread offense that consist of them running it 90% of the time. QB is not much of a passer in my eyes. Heart and soul of their team is their RB #20. He’s ran for about 1500 yards on the season. Of course we all know you won’t get by with just running the ball on WOS. If our Oline hold up we should be able to run at will. Their defense is pretty suspect. Weak link is their secondary mainly. Overall , we should win this game. They don’t have the speed to keep up with us.

Believe it or not, people in their own town barely believe in this group of boys. Most think we’ll be done with football season next week. Me personally, I am highly confident in what we have. Just don’t want to see any band wagon fans when the 5th round comes around
