It's not everyday a baseball player comes to the plate to the song "Fergalicious".
I'm going with Logan "Fergalicious" Ferguson with HJ

I believe HJ is the better team, but anyone can beat anyone on any given day. The Hawks come from the tougher district by far, and hopefully they will look like they come from the stronger district on the field. I have seen them at their best and worst. To HJ - don't get cocky just play smart ball. But play with pride - you fought hard to get here so let's hang in a few rounds and keep on proving that you belong. Nevertheless, HJ in 2.

Any news on HJ/Liberty game? Where and what time is the series set to be held since the rain has interfered with previous plans?

Definite props to Lundy for the hit of the night and Geautreaux (spelling?) for some awesome saves. Good luck in the post season and hats off to Silsbee for a game well played.

I would like to nominate Coach Robb Kirkland. He is the 4th Head Coach that HJ has had in 4 years. It is tough to come in to that situation and do well, but he has. He has done a great job with our team. Every one predicted HJ to come out last or next to last in our district this year and even with some key players injured we have made some noise in our district. I attribute this to his good coaching.
I'm going with kinetic on this one. The Hawks have been discounted from day one and they have just clenched the coveted third spot. Tough district, tough team, great coaching. Coach Kirkland has worked, encouraged, and strategized them into this position and I can't wait to see who the hawks can surprise in the post-season. Hands down Coach K. for coach of the year!
HJ's Robb Kirkland headed to Livingston
