  1. Yes. They are all 15 but playing up in 16U
  2. You dont get ranked unless the team is being seen in the right events. So in that sense, the ranking indicates that the Houston Defenders 14U team is on the right circuit. The team is based out of Beaumont and just took first in last weekends RCS Sports Ice Breaker. Give it a look...you can always find a different team if it doesn't work out. You'll know when you're in the right spot. Wish you luck!
  3. LOL Everyone on my team has to pay the annual fee to even practice with the team. Now if a kid cant pay, I will chip in the bucks. Fortunately, I only have one in that situation this year. Now getting to Vegas in July is a whole different story. We may have to hitch hike...but we will get there lol
  4. Yes sir. It's all about playing and getting better. Hard to get better sitting on the bench watching.
  5. Lol. Actually that's it. 4 teams.
  6. Both local Defenders 17U teams will make noise this summer. Defenders - Brady and my team Defenders - Kraemer. I have a bunch of sophs playing up as well. Just a big man away really. We have 1 unsigned senior, 2 Juniors and 6 sophomores playing 17U. Between the two teams, we have a solid group of 2017 grads.
  7. I completely disagree....I have yet to meet a good female driver :)
  8. At Kelly we can play our players on more than one team. The past few years we have had Freshman players that started and played the entire Freshman or JV game and then came off the bench in the Varsity game. True it's not good for a player to be moved up and just sit the bench the majority of the Varsity game if he isn't playing on another team. But getting him used to the speed of the game at the Varsity level makes him better for his sophomore year. So playing them up is good if they are capable of being productive at the Varsity level.    On the subject of the best Freshman in the area, I believe all of the kids mentioned are making a considerable contribution on their varsity teams. We played against the Cleveland and Woodville and Christian Williams and Jaylon Williams are the real deal. Parquet, Barnes, Sneed and Chatman are playing on much deeper teams in terms of talent and are still contributing. And Sneed has no idea that he is a freshman. That boy plays like he is about to graduate. NO FEAR lol. Jomard Valsin is certainly in this group.
  9. Bigcam, if I find him, I'll let you train him....Bumblebee style lol. Dove, sometimes dreams are all we have :)
