It’s cool to take shots at other teams, that’s one of the things the board is for. It’s different to badger a situation though, especially with non-football commentary. I think there’s a better chance of NS not winning the district than CE King finishing second in it.

And Larkin would go out there and ball on BH. With what I saw at the game tonight I’ll be surprised if BH can stay within 24 points of a healthy Crosby.

Nobody down here really thinks that. The guy that said that usually goes full hyperbole any time someone beats Crosby, especially soundly.

It sounds stupid for me to say but CE King isn’t that good if you can neutralize their defensive line which Allen could. Crosby doesn’t have 6A trench guys and couldn’t. CE King will probably finish 4th in their district this year.

La Porte 47-14 winner over Alief Elsik tonight👀 I think Crosby and PAM finish 1/2 but I think it’s going to be a good battle between BH, KP and La Porte for those last two playoff spots. Coach Berneathy might have it rolling earlier than expected.

You lose to Santa Fe the only thing that can get you right is playing those blind kids that Huffman did last week .

Last time Santa Fe beat somebody we were in lockdown. Not only did Vidor lose, they really got beat down. Santa Fe just got off the gas once they house ruled them. Any time you lose to Santa Fe is basically basketball season.

Man I swear, Crosby is probably the only team on this board that doesn’t get judged on just wins and losses. We get judged on stuff like how badly we can beat state ranked opponents.

I’ve never talked about anything past Longview in the third round, don’t put words in my mouth guy. I didn’t crawfish on anything either. I said “it’s hard to get a good evaluation of the team with so many injuries”. You’re on here talking about this game like this is what we’re actually going to look like. We just beat FB Marshall at 65% strength. It’s always what somebody else did to lose to Crosby instead of what we did to win. How about if we have the starting DB over there on FBM’s first drive he doesn’t fall down in the end zone and actually catches the interception that would’ve been thrown right to him? What if on 3rd and 7 in crunch time we don’t have to go up top to the pitcher/backup qb and could actually throw to a receiver? What about Crosby having it down there near the red zone on 2nd and 3 about to go up 21-7 and instead of handing it off and keep pounding it we run some type of backwards pass and lose yards and eventually stall on the drive. How many time do we have to do the “Well, Crosby won but they really shouldn’t have” thing?

I do think Crosby is going to beat BH if we’re healthy but I also like watching my coworkers kids play and do well just like so many of mine watched and we’re cheering for my son last night. That’s messed up y’all would charge us triple though, y’all know we’re struggling financially over here.

For the PAM fans; do y’all get the sense that these additional scrimmages are actually preparing y’all for the 30th?

Coach Prieto has 10 playoff wins in the three season he’s been at Crosby yet this is going to be the first season we don’t start 0-2 on his watch, and he’s never had a team as banged up as he does now. Even when we were getting beat down last week all of our 768 assistant coordinators in the stands understood that they wouldn’t be making a difference down there either. We understand the process in Crosby.
