Colmesneil advanced from the bi-district round on Friday and Saturday last week, beating High Island in two games. Colmesneil plays Grapeland this week in the area round of the playoffs. First game Friday, 5:30 in Shepherd. The second game will be played 30 minutes after the first game in Shepherd. The third game (if needed) will be played Saturday in Shepherd at 6. 

 

Dogs struggle first game, but still get a 8-6 victory. Second game I think they win in 5, 12-2. Who y'all got?

IMO Groveton is shaky sometimes on defense, so if Warren can just put the ball in play, and play error free baseball they have a good chance in advancing....

Colmesneil won the toss today and decided to take the second seed. Games will be played in Lumberton, time and dates TBA... I think the bulldogs take it in two.. who y'all got?

Warren may be in trouble if the lefty from Groveton is on the mound.. Kid is legit

Saturday, April 19th, the West Sabine Tigers and the Colmesneil Bulldogs will play at Minute Maid bright and early at 10 AM! This will be an amazing experience for all the players and coaches who are participating! The bulldogs came out on top the last time they played winning 1-0. In all reality this is the district championship game for these two teams! I think that this go around it will be a fairly high scoring game.

Great game, not much hitting but good defense and pitching from both sides...if these two teams wanna make a run they have to start hitting the ball though.

Colmesneil lost no RB's from last year.

The Colmesneil Bulldogs are returning a lot of seniors just like H-D. RB Cody Walsh and QB Matt Bailey can flat out play. Returning 14 seniors and a very talented Sophomore class, and also a new 285 pound monster/talented tackle, the Bulldogs could be a force to be reckoned with. Coach Johnson has this team in the hardest workout system in the state for sure..... It's gonna be a very good season for Colmesneil football.
