LB Cameron Townsend and S P.J. Locke are officially Longhorns. Townsend is #255 on ESPN 300. Locke was previously an Oregon commit.   Looks Like Charlie gave them the right FAX number.

Why not? Went all of last season without a back up. They sure as hell were not willing to put Heard out there for ANY reason.

If Heard is really that bad, and being that he's not one of Strong's recruits, why do they allow him to eat a scholarship? Something is not adding up here.

  He's a QB. That's more than they had.   As for the future, that depends on Heard. Still can't figure out what's going on there.

  I know he's only a kid, but you reap what you sow. He has played games with a bunch of schools fan-bases.   There are many more people out there that are not as rational as me. There is a hell storm coming his way. I really do believe that he enjoys all the attention: good or bad.

He has had a very public problem for years. Most ags just called the media "anti aggie" or "anti Johnny". Now, the problem is out in the open. Sometimes the life of the party is the saddest guy in the room. As a human, I hope he gets his life straight. As a sports fan, I could care less if he plays football again.
