West Sabine is loaded with athletes. Good bats and arms all the way through. They had 35 boys come out this year in the program and they were able to get alot of playing time. Both the Sophmore and the freshman teams had at least a 12 game schedule, which is unheard of in 1A. Also they did not have any home field games this year as they are building all new facilities on the campus. Look for The West Sabine Tigers to make a long run this year and in the future.

Goodrich did not impress me at all. None of the players came to play ball. Number five was the only one who wanted the ball in his hands. They are short on numbers, only having six players. On the other hand the Sharks were dominant. With the absence of a starting guard number 23 played outstanding. He was on fire from the three point line.
