I did, I was not expecting the game to be much different than it turned out to be. The stadium is in a very nice neighborhood, quite different than your normal high school stadiums. Very little room on the visitors side from the field to the stands. I was on the top row and you could hear the coaches talking to the players. It was not easy finding the parking garage for the visitors which was on a one way street with road construction. The bag pipes playing before the game gave a unique feeling. You could tell they have lots of tradition and community support. I'm glad I made the trip.

Second string QB is 4 for 4 and looks good. He would start for a lot of teams including ours.

HP second team offense throws a sixty yard TD pass on third and sixteen. 56-7 1:37 third quarter.

49-0 6:07 third quarter. HP is certainly very good. I think College Station can play a good game with them should they get there.

Sack fumble by NC. HO about to score again. :53 seconds in half

35-0 3:45 in half. At least we ran it and got a couple first downs and ran some clock.

NC next series a double reverse and two incomplete passes. No idea why we’re not utilizing the best athletes which are the RB’s.

Love the HP coach with the Tom Landry hat.

21-0 5:12 first. Honestly nothing HP has done exceptionally. NC just shot themselves in foot with two quick turnovers.

NC fumbles kickoff. HP ball at NC 37.

14-0 HP. Gonna get ugly if NC don’t settle down. Not sure why we threw 2 passes and A QB run first series. Haven’t passed well all year and QB not a runner.

7-0 HP 9:22 first. HP just plays disciplined. Nothing fancy so far.

The bag pipes are playing. Really old stadium with fans right on top of players. HP has close to 100 players suited up.

I think you will probably play Seguin in round two and they will be a formidable opponent. Just keep the players healthy and take it one game at a time.
