Dalton Croft (SR 2015 - VIDOR) has verbally committed to play baseball at Panola College.  Congrats to him for his hard work and good luck on senior baseball season!  GO PIRATES!!!

It was a good fairly called competitive game!

Why is it we can't just all be grownups cheering on our kid?!?! Picking each other apart is so childish..... Last year I think the pirates gave up when they got down. I am proud to see them not give up this season as they cheer each other on & fight to the end. Go ahead & focus on the negative. Makes more sense to me to be positive. These kids are hard enough on themselves without our help!

FYI goldenlady if you scroll down on the thread from Vidor's previous game against Nederland when our bats were on fire - you will notice that someone on the Bulldog side was complaining about our boys cheering from the dugout. Hmmmmmm?!?!? They are ball players. Who love the game they play... It's not a question of class - at least not on OUR side.

John Smith, Vidor Senior, got another Homerun last night v. Livingston. 

Dalton Croft, Vidor Sophomore, got a homerun Friday night v. PNG.

Colby Schiarella also hit a homerun on 2/23 (right behind Dalton Croft's) in the Vidor tournament against Jasper.  So - Colby should have two total.  Colby is a senior - #13 from Vidor.
