This thread serves no informative purpose whatsoever and does nothing but stir up a bunch of old guys re-living the dream. I've no idea, nor do I care, what the tally is since I don't root for either team but I would have to say that having more rings beats out any head to head I have with a team.

So how fast are we talking?? If he's throwing noticeably faster than 84...is he hitting low 90s? very impressive at the 1A lvl

Ok first off I didnt realize I would have to break this down like this but here you go blue: The indian holler I was referring to was the indian war-cry that you yourself heard not only at the game but in every Indians vs Cowboys game you ever played as a kid..I assume you're an adult. And as far as getting a bigger gym, that's not something that a school just up and decides "Hey we need a bigger gym let's get one." I remember that gym evadale had before they got the one they have now and it was smaller than BS's. ALSO, there is absolutely no problem between whites and indian at Big Sandy. Not only do those kids show absolute class at home or on the road, they respect one another regardless of race and that goes for the fans as well cause 90% of them, both white and indian, went to school at BS. My little brother's best friend is an indian kid. LASTLY, just because there were fans trash talking, unless it was directed at the kids on the floor, there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to mock the indian culture like that. I couldn't believe it when he told me, to stoop that low and go after the kids you've got problems. 1. It is a game. 2. Act like an adult. 3. Set an example. pitiful

And about the fans for evadale, my lil bro was at the game and he told me last night that they had 2 people get kicked from the gym and still was taunting BS but hollering like "indians". well said yeller. i think what i first posted was taken out of context. I was just stating that you shouldn't count out the rest of the district when its only half over. I did also give eva the credit they deserve, they have earned the right to be the team to beat. Just dont write off the remaining games, anything can happen. And I, like you yeller, cant wait to see a closer game than the 50 point blowouts

First off no one here has said a word about the officiating at evadale during the bs eva game. Secodnly, i couldnt agree more that eva has established themselves as the team to beat in district, theyve earned it and deserved it. All im saying is is that any given night a team could lose..had eva lost at WH then we'd be having a totally different conversation at the moment, cause BS won over there by 15+. All credit should go to eva but don't assume the district is wrapped up just because they beat HD...who hasnt won a game, thats why you play every one twice. :)
