1. I am going with Angleton on this one.  Dawson can put up some points too, however Angleton can easily put up points on the board.
2.
If you go by the starters that are listed in the News Papers, then you are being deceived... Nederland plays pretty close to platoon ball. Someone mentioned that there are some key positions to fill, well... they've already been filled and tested, all season long... now we're about to reload with some new added talent.  Vidor, on the other hand, has some key positions to fill.
I totally agree with you.  The paper got it wrong.  They will be adding some good new talent and that will just make the Dogs get stronger. Awesome season too bad it ended. They will be back next season can't wait for that!!!! ;D ;D ;D
3. it would be awesome to see him at LSU....good school!!!! 8)
4. Ned's defense just needs to continue to and play hard. The offense Raines needs to step up and lead the offense to a victory. I believe he can. Once they both come together it is going to be a great game to watch!!! GO DOGS!!! 8) 8)
5. thanks for the info!!! i appreciate it!!! 8)

8. i will miss the game too due to work obligations...hopefully they will be giving updates so we can see what is going on!!!!  ;D ;D ;D i do hope BiG NeD, can pull off the win!!! 8) 8)
9. hopefully he will get more offers to D1 school.... ;) ;)
10. I did read the article and again I am not taking anything away from the Herrera or the Dayton offense. But when he is rushed he doesn't make good decisions with the ball. The game against PN-G he had all freaking day to throw and yes the defense wasn't putting enough pressure on him. But when they did he did not make his completions. He is a good athlete and does have a good arm, I was not disputing that.  Again, when he is not pressured he has all day to choose where  he wants to throw the ball and make an accurate throw which he does at least 80% of the time.  And when he decides to run, he gets big runs, so again he has some skills.  Once again, I am not hating but if you Dayton fans can't take criticism.....oh well!!!!!!! 8) 8) 8)
11. I agree with everybody on the list but Herrera for a few reasons. I am not hating on him, he does remind me a little of the "old Michael Vick", but his offensive line gives him plenty of time to throw the ball or take off running, if they are not rushed. If he is rushed then he collapses. He does have good arm strength, but to me in my personal opinion he does not do well outside the pocket. Again I am not hating on him. He is a good athlete, again I am not hating.
12. the next Shipley i agree....i can't wait to see him on Saturday afternoons!!! ;) ;)
13. He should totally go to a D1 school, he would be a perfect asset to any football program but it would be good to see him at a D1 school. ;D ;D
14. does anybody think the game will get sold out?
15. I totally agree...they should let Raines go and give him a little freedom and use his wide outs as decoys and go to his tide end!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
16. i totally agree i think that the Pirates have been over looked all season!!! Good luck Pirates on the next round!!!
17. dayton's kicker is the real thing.....i can't wait to watch him do some damage in the NFL!
