I called Cougar14 out on an earlier thread after reading some of his PATHETIC post. I wanted to know what he was goin to resort to next & figured it would be "your Momma" jokes. Well I apparently gave him too much credit & has gone even LOWER then that!!!!  SMH.

Offense:  Considering Montana ALSO plays defense the ENTIRE game at Linebacker, (a very physical position by itself) I would say Montana for sure. Can u imagine his stats if he got to rest on Def? As a bonus, he also punts for the Pirates.

Quirante for Defense & Mitchell for Offense.

DONT let my NUMBER of post mislead you, knower of ALL things! I have been on this board for around 5 years now. I have always been one to just READ what people have to say, rather then comment on everything & boast my opinion, as you so choose to do. That is your right, nothing against it, as it is my right to mainly read &  seldom post. (now my 18th time) You can say that "you just call it like you see it", but I have my own opinion.  ;D ;)

I got to watch this team play. Very good team. Congrats on such a big accomplishment.

Lumberton played 4 complete quarters of football Friday night. I know it had to be hard for them, knowing what the score was, but they continued to hustle & not quit. That is all you can ask for IMO.

Keep your heads up Lumberton & give make each team earn what they get from you. Get as much out of every game as you can, win or lose.

GoDogs, you REALLY need to get over yourself! With just about every post I read of yours, Im shaking my head. It is beyond me, how you can JUDGE an entire group of people, over the actions of a COUPLE. There is a word for that & it is not a pretty one. It's a good thing that the entire town of Nederland doesn't have to answer for the things you say, or for your opinions that you seem to value so much & so openly share on this forum.

Well....I dont wanna call anyone out or throw anyone under the bus, I just wanted to know what other people's thoughts were on the 7th grade programs in this area. It just seems that the whole 7th grade program is an afterthought, rather than an honest attempt to get an early jump on developing future players.

IMO, some of the 7th grade Jr High school programs in Setx may be missing out on a good opportunity for developing (even better) future Varsity football athletes. Does anyone else share this opinion, or is it just me?

Ok...so WHEN did telling a bunch of kids "good job" become such a bad thing? Does it really take YOU a World Series win before YOU can begin to tell a team of kids congratulations? I just dont understand why someone (other than a kid) would jump at the opportunity to pounce on someone for doing so. I had no intention of self promoting anything, as you have stated. If you have a problem with someone, take it up with them IN PERSON & stop making yourself look "foolish" by attacking people on a message board post. The post was only meant to give a group of boys an attaboy! That's it.  ::)

What part of "I have an 8yr old & 10yr old playing" did you NOT get??? This is a thread simply congradulating a team on their win. That team was the 11u Vipers. (Last time I checked, there was no Ruben even involved with that team) And 2sonsplaying did NOT start this thread, I did.

Great job to all the kids in the tourney. A "special good job" to that SETX team that brought home the Championship rings!!!! A team that is truely loaded with talented individuals that you will hear about plenty more in the future.  8)
