Silsbee is good, but they are not that good. They are defiantly not #1 in state. The players have hot heads and should've been givin technicals all night. And there coach didn't ever correct his players which will come back to haunt them in the playoffs. OF could've won that game tonight. Watch for a closer game the next game.

I gotta give this to my boy Sterling Deslatte from Orangefield. He is the defensive tackle. And also the center. But he is by far the best punter around.

From what i hear he will most likely be out for the season..i know alot of people from around there and they claim he milks things. At home they say he is walking just fine and around his buddies' houses, he is tired of getting smashed on by all this 4a defense. Maybe if he was a freshman and had time to gain size he would be in good shape, but from my stand point i see a JV running back. Sorry to burst your bubble Vidor, cooper or stevenson will run all over people compared to yall's star. -

Get your head out've the gutter, HJ is not even close to the dynamic offense and defense of OF. HJ will be competing for last place this year as they did (0-10) in district play in baseball this past year. They will be battling it out with HF to see who sucks the most. -

stevenson isn't even his backup the starting cornerback is, whitmire. and his so called big run was 12 yards.. i mean im not taking anything away from the kid but comparing him to bolinger.. Wow, noone is even close to jelous of Bollinger. Vidor plays favorites im not even from that area and know for a fact that happens because i hear stories. I watched that Stevenson kid run and he can run all over Bollinger. He is an all around athelete..Vidor is overrated and the only reason that is, is because they think they have a good team (1 guy) and thats not how you do it. I think James Lear off the line would be a better starter for the pirates. 5' tall=trouble. -

Here is exactly the way the workouts are since you are interested.
During FB season-
Mon-Weight workout-No max
Tues-Speed workout- run 200's
Wed-Bobcat Buiilders
Thurs-Game prep-Off season kids weight workout
Fri-Game Day
No make up days
After FB Season
Basketball-
Mon-Max on all weights
Tues game day/Must make up work out missed
Wed-Bobcat builders/weight workout makeup- no practice
Thurs- Weight workout
Fri-game day-Subvarsity workout
Baseball- same as basketball
The reason- It takes much more prep time for a football game than a basketball or baseball game. So the basic arguement here is that it is not football so it can't be as hard. Talk to any successfull baseball or basketball coach and ask if it is the same kind of workout for any sport.
