I queried Logan Lawrence, the new UIL Commications Director at the UIL and here is what he told me. "Todd, The District 12-5A Division II Executive Committee met again and decided that it was not a move for athletic purposes. The case now goes through a wavier process that the student-athlete must apply for. Thank you, Logan Lawrence UIL Communications"

I'm not sure what happened but there was no mention of a disposition on Crosby's matter. It was the only school who had a scheduled hearing that the disposition wasn't announced. The players from O'Donnell, San Antonio Wagner and Tenaha had their appeals denied. The 2 players from Lexington had their appeals granted.
