Wouldnt this choice be left up to BISD?

Been fortunate to witness plenty of good football teams in this area for the last 40 to 50 yrs. Ive seen lots of great Stang teams that beat you with Defense.....This team is polished in all facets of the game. Balanced on Offense, and a top notch Defense. Dallas, Hancock and company make it look easy. Kicking game could use some work, but cant see that hampering this group. Best combination of Size,speed, heart,and savvy Ive seen in a while....

No tank job, just a whipping. At this point in the season we are no match for the Stangs. With that said, I see a big inexperienced Oline and Qb that can only get better. Sleep on us.

IMO atmosphere isnt a big factor, and something that isnt discussed when I speak of football. Discipline IMO is a factor....Its not about the color of ones skin, its something that's instilled by the coaching staff. Again, the little things. Being the same team team in the 5th week that you are in the 1st week, and making the same mistakes throughout the season are a reflection of the Staffs. Repeated bad snaps, Punts that net 5yds, delay of game, not being able to execute an extra point, not knowing a kickoff is a live ball......etc,etc....... Consistency and Discipline doesnt start in 2 a days, its year round.

Gotta agree, Jack Dallas and his O will make plenty look silly..... He's played 30 games as a starter, 3 seasons in my book.....

Discipline IMO is sometimes the little things. Receivers getting blocks, running on and off the field, knowing your assignment and where to line up, not taking plays off......etc,etc. At the end of the day all the little things will kill you.

Im thinking the Stangs will be a bit much for my Dogs.....Here's to a good game and a clean bill of health to both...

Colbert to TJ..... Dick Williams left Lincoln and was replaced with Suggs.... Thompson took over for Marler at SFA...

I think Dow Wynn went with Owens....I believe Celaya took over during the season Marler died. I think he was interim? Could be wrong...

Yes, Larry was at TJ for quite a few years....I believe he applied for the TJ job after Owens left....Or maybe after Walker. Long time ago.
