I know this doesn't matter at all, but I have heard a lot of people say that the reason Ang Green got district MVP is because she didn't have much help and she carried the team on her shoulders.  After seeing the distrcit picks, I didn't believe it, NOW Silsbee gets two ALL REGION picks.  Can someone explain this?  How did the team that won district, went to the 3rd round of the playoffs get one all region pick?

oh my there he goes again haha ::):D

  3. Well GE, after you posted that to be honest with you I wasn't a 100% sure that is who it was so that is why I called just so I could clarify if I was wrong.  I know it was 2 girls from Silsbee who went and played.  If I am wrong, I will be the first to admit it, because the point is still the same, I am not a person who helps OF kids only.  I will say this, I watched Ms. Green play last year against my daughter.  She is a great player and by everything I have ever heard or seen she is just as good of a person.  No matter where anyone stands, (or lives) she is the type of kid that makes your community proud.  I want to be clear that I never, ever one time meant to be disparaging towards ANY player. I thought I was clear on it earlier.  And Stang.... oh Stang..... I have coached numerous kids from WOS.... but I understand there is a surgery for chips to be removed from your shoulder.....I'll get the number for you...

I'm glad you clarified that. She is a great kid.

  4. Bobcat4life, your Lubbock team caoch must have the wrong Green. Fowler did play but Green did not. I spoke to her myself. I am a friend of the family and have even attended a few tournaments. She played one year with the Houston Hotshots and then with the Houston Insiders. Those are the only teams shes played with and only went to tournaments that they were in. Ha wow. Let's try some honesty and accurate information. 8)

  5. Haha "Stupid." I could've sworn it was the other way around. Thats probably while I'm laughing everytime I get on here. I love the emotion! ;D & I would know, I've went to lots of the young lady's tournaments and I know that the Green's do not need anyone to pay for anything. Okay, so YES back to the topic..More ignorance and crying shall be entertained from the "high and mighty" OF and supporting schmucks...

Respect for OF went from total to 0.000000000

  6. I think 90% of the people understand how it works.  However, any process of any validity puts KK Little as MVP.  And that isn't taking one thing away from Ang Green.  If you would switch Green and Little, you get pretty close to accurate IMO.

There is no valid argument here about MVP. Ang Green is it, its OVER. There is no point in being biased or jealous. You are wasting your emotions here. Bobcat4life, in response to the other locked thread; I have known numerous of the Silsbee girls for a while now & I know that you in fact did not pay for any of Ang Green's AAU affairs or anything. She played for Houston teams throughout the years of which her parents expensed and drove her back and forth to Houston & tournaments. It may have been Brandi Fowler you helped. She played for a Lubbock AAU team. Paying for girls you've never even met from an opposing high school team? Seriously, I do not care how big your heart is, that is utterly outrageous. Obviously there is some dishonesty floating around here. Face the facts.

  7. It was unanimous. Bobcat05 preaches about people being biased and a homer but look at him. If KK was meant to be MVP then that's the way the coaches would have chosen. You don't have to accept the fact that the most deserving girl got MVP because like it or not, Ang STILL IS. You guys are ridiculous "wannabe" coaches. ;D

he on the court talk should be controlled by the officials. We all know that aint gonna happen.but, to add another problem the ther night we lost to silsbee at silsbee and after the game our girls went to the dressingroom provided for us and a couple of the silsbee players came in and started running their mouths. Our Coachs were not there and by the time they got there the rest of the silsbee team was at the door.If you play at silsbee make sure the coachs stay with the players at all times. Silsbee has a brand new school  but it had to have 3 of its players dress in the visitors dressingroom. Unbelievable
    [/quote]

First off, the Silsbee players did not run their mouths until one of he HJ players was trash talking. Silsbee does not have a dressing room specifically assigned to visitors. The room that HJ was in contained some of the Silsbee players lockers that were in volleyball during volleyball season, that why they were in there. I know they were bothering anybody.
