I’m pretty sure the junior and senior class of this last season have been very successful in younger days, middle school and lower levels in high school! I’d say way more talent and ability then younger class and look how it turned out for them! Your kidding yourself if you think under the lights it’s going to be even remotely the same! Bost is a great kid and athlete! He’s a dang good QB! Some have moved to our school trying to bump him but couldn’t even compare. Oh wait.......that’s your QB lol The problem is his Coach is the one that is less than what some believe. Roschon is a different animal and “The Coach” at PNG had zero to do with his success, if anything he hindered him in the three seasons. Unfortunately a combination of poor leadership and decision making in the HC, a horrible selection and offensive line philosophy, and lack of having a DC... this years boys have suffered. Great group of kids in Sr and Jr class who have a history of battling and winning through the years but they also had some very knowledgeable and humble coaching! I sure hope the Indians pull it off and in some way end on a high but unfortunately if they do it will probably get demolished in the first round of the playoffs!

Line is struggling I think we will be better off with 50 52 and 53 back in the mix. 77 isn’t ready for Friday night. 220 DE was putting him on his rear all night long. Lots of busted plays and pressure on RJ from his side and up the middle. People saying all we use is RJ, well what do you do when there are no lanes and under constant pressure

Hard to put faith in the running game with the OL struggling all night to make blocks and provide lanes! That’s when you rely on your horse to do the work! Shug makes sh$t happen. DAE DAE needs more touches....... the other back is good but we need a kid that’s gonna grind it out and hit the holes hard! BF is doing what he has to do to win. I’m not saying this team doesn’t have players Im just saying so far they haven’t fired on all cylinders this year. Well maybe against Silsbee and Santa Fe but that’s not really much to brag on!

I was going to comment to some of these ridiculous posts but I’m going to refrain and just leave with this.............. Support your community your school and team through the ups and downs! Quit making excuses and quit trying to have all the answers! Maybe your kid or these kids you speak of would be focused on the big picture for the team and not themselves! As a fan or parent set a better example! Maybe the excitement you say they lack on the sidelines is cause people are filling their heads with negativity cause BF and crew aren’t playing them! Playing time for Booster Club members kids ....... Keep telling yourself that happens! Do we need to improve, certainly! The coaches I’m sure realize that as well! We need to get better each week and be determined to win each week and into the playoffs! Yes everyone wants to beat Nederland but is that the big picture? Is that what makes us a successful team? Nope! Looking forward to Santa Fe! Those kids are going to come out fighting til the end! It’s going to be another fun week of football!
