1. The offensive coordinator is old fashioned and dumb...Woodard needs to fire him and pick up a coordinator that knows football...and also knows there are other WR'S...itsveasy to shut down a run game...especially easy to shut down lamars offense...u put 8 in the box...put 2 guys on number 11 and bam..they are done for...cuzvwhen passes are made...90 percent go to him regardless if he is open or not...its truly sad...other teams laugh when the play lamar cuz they know how easy it will be to stop them...sad sad
 2. Would have to say...Ned wins this big...holding png to 10...my prediction...Ned 35 PNG 10...coming from a png fan lol

 4. id have to see him play 3a,4a, or 5a teams to be convinced...havent seen him play..im sure hes good...but bottom line is the talent level is lower in the small schools...not trying to offend ne one or start ne thing...so dont pull that card...im just stating an opinion
 5.
I just had a questions that I know someone here can help me with. I have seen lots of football this past year. With that being said can some tell me if Lamar is recruiting any kids from the area like Nederland Corbin Carr #99 ? I watched a few Bulldogs games and a few Lamar games too.  Lamar Defense to say the least needs players and dude can flat out ball. If not I wonder what there wait is ?
from what i understand they have been
 6. i just wanted to see why that was the only category being debated

IMO it should've gone to Chase Bertand or Montana Quirante. Those were the leading scorers in the district. Jayce wasn't even in the top 5.
but he was one of the most feared if not most feared player in the district...and had the most recieving yards by a long shot...was double and triple covered this year and still had a 1000 yards recieving...i think they got that one right
Enjun you set that up!
lol im up for debate..i like to hear ppls opinions about players...ill go ahead and say i dont think quirante should of gotten MVP..hes a great player but not the MVP of the district..im in favor of jones as the MVP

I was only able to make it to 2 games this year but thought he was the better looking WR out of the bunch. IMO
im gunna give him the benefit of the doubt...that hes not including jayce on that comment lol Are you really serious?  Have you even GLANCED at the numbers at all??? 11.
look I know you love your guy and that's great.  Please get on Rivals or Scout and look at the size speed and highlight tapes of receivers who have committed to SEC schools.  I hope that he has a chance to play college football so you can continue to follow him.  Just not sure why you have to go to such extremes.  I know it is going to shock you, but being an outstanding player for PNG does not mean that you are one of the best in the country.  You are doing the young man a diservice by making such statements.
u know that website doesnt mean ne thing...ya lets rate high school players..we see year in and year out that alot of the highly rated players dont produce in college...alot of the time its the under the radar kids that excel in the game...for example...florida has all the kids that are top rated in the ratings..but do we see an unstoppable force in florida? nooo...some more examples of how the ratings dont mean ne thing...garrett gilbert was a stud in high school..won a couple state championships..what did he do at texas?? fell off the map...another one...sry brenham fans..jaret lee..was amazing in high school..what did he do at lsu?? fell off the map...do i need to list more players that were highly rated and didnt do well? and shall i list players that werent highly rated and did well because i can if u want me too..like i said ratings dont mean crap...
 12.
On a bright note, Nelson has an extra month to get ready baseball season now....  ;) ;D He's great at both sports!
hes gotta play basketball first lol
 13. who would of thunk it...ozen beating bh...good job ozen...and as far as that kuntry guy...most likely a kid from the team...
 14. Brenham in a landslide...dont see a upset this year from this team...Brenham 49-10
 15. PNG wins...NED blows out GCM...Vidor Struggles but beats Crosby...BH will have there hands full with ozen but i believe BH pulls out the W...so 20-4a 3 to 19-4a 1
 16. ya but very seldom do ppl actually match up to who they  are compared...dont get me wrong the kid has great potential...i wish the best for him
 17.

Seems 20-4A and Dayton have a lot BH stats they like to throw around, so i figured why not go look.......... ;)  A few interesting stats that jumped out as compared to what you hear........ ::)  Also threw in a few tid-bits to educate you soon to be dissapointed 20-4A fans.  ;D What you hear:  BH has never beat Dayton!  Uh, NOT:  Since 1970 BH has beatin Dayton 9 times.  In 1974, 1979 and 1981 BH shut them out 13-0, 21-0 and 20-0.  In 1978 BH beat them 20-6.  Most other games were close.  I didn't do a count, but it does appear BH may have beatin Dayton more times than Dayton has beating BH, but could go either way because did appear close. What You Hear:  Dayton is the only school in 19-4A with a winning record over 20-4A. Uh, NOT:  BH has played current 20-4A teams 19 times since 1993, going back to 1970 and beatin them 10 times out of 9.  Although a small margin, still a winning margin.  Also note, BH may have played Vidor a time or two more and Vidor has never beatin BH that I can recall.  If that's the case, then BH has a larger margin of victory. What You Hear:  BH has not been past the 2nd round since they were State Champions back in the 70's.  Uh, Not:   BH lost to Cameron Yoe in 1981 during the Regional Championship Game 23-8.  They have been in the playoofs many times since then.  Bad weather and poor officiating has prevented at least 20 other state championships since then.  ;) Fun Tid Bits: BH beat Dewyville in 1970 by a score of 99 - 0 Since 1970 BH has only played PNG 4 times and has zero victories.  PNG has scored 21 points in every one of those games and BH has scored 13 points in all but one of those games.  The total points difference is +35 on PNG's side, obviously.  If we play in 2011, BH will win by 36 points just to settle the score. Since 1970 Nederland has never beat BH.  The two have played twice and BH has a total margin of victory of +10 points. BH has owned Montgomery and Stafford since 1970.  Stafford and Montgomery both have wins over BH, but very few.  Both teams are in Brenham's district.  Using WOS logic, this means we will never be beat by anyone in that district.  ;D ;D The PNG Indian Dance is still the Goofiest thing I have ever seen.  ;D All-Time Winning # of Games (Notice the distinct absence of 20-4A teams above or near BH? ] Day is 20-11 with 1 tie against BH since 1933  ;) ]

well this website is incorrect bc png should be on this list..they passed the 500 mark 5 years ago
 18. this year yall do lol..what about previous years?..my vote dayton are the kings of 19-4a...and certain thats it a fact they are lol

Don't go away from what works.  You guys have the greatest mismatch perhaps of any team entering the playoffs with the Nelson kid.  If that kid can make those catches in double coverage, keep feeding him the ball down stretch. You guys had the foot on Vidor's neck and slacked off.  2. On defense, keep #8 in positions to make plays. 3.  Keep the offense balanced.  Good teams you will face in the playoffs will stop one or the other.  4. Don't go away from the trick play.  'Tricky' teams are the dangerous teams in the playoffs.  I love the swinging gate for extra points and the shotgun formation punts that you guys do. Also, I love the guts to call double reverse pass plays.  The offensive scheme is on point. 5.  You guys need to tell your coach that the backup RB (#25 I believe) to get more time in games than 2 or 3 plays a night.  He's a gamer.  Your staff should be able to see that.  Heck, I know the fans see it.  6.  I hear that you guys have a Sophmore Reciever.  Since #4 will automatically get a double team, throw to the young gun on the other side.  I hear he's pretty good. It'll be nice to get this kid experienced in playoff football since  you  have him 2 more  years.
+1
+2
+3
About #5, if you can figure this out let me know, there has been alot of talk about this and well not much has happened. Just saying, with him in there in the last few against Vidor, Bertrand is not keyed on as bad and I believe doesn't get hit for a 4 yard loss. Don't think it will happen, but Arvie's brother could come up as a freshman and probably do good. That kid is super.... 6. Chipman is going to be every bit as good as Nelson. He has had great games this year, ie LCM, but sometimes he has brick hands...he is still young, but oh so much potential 2. #8, Chase Romero, always seems to get in the right position to make plays....luckily this year he's been in the right position with his grades, that's what I get worried about
6! jumping the gun on comparing him to nelson i believe...we will see how his career turns out

Really I don't know....just curious [move] 8)[/move]
Now do I look like your personal search engine?  ;D  Just Google "Superior" "Best In Area" "PNG's Daddy" "Nederland Spanked" or any other appropriate term.  Our stats will surely be there.  ;D ;D ;D Better yet, watch the News Clip form Houston that's posted on here and read the sign showing our accomplishments.  Otherwise you can watch us on TV Friday night.  ;)
