#BREAKING - CONVENIENCE STORE OWNER .... and eyewitness to the shooting death of Alton Sterling, filed a lawsuit today and the allegations are shocking. The lawsuit alleges police stole surveillance video from his shop, confiscated his cell phone, and locked him inside a car for the next four hours. When Abdullah Muhlafi told them he needed to use the bathroom, they wouldn't let him in his own store - instead, he was escorted to the side of his building and forced to relieve himself right there in full view of the public. Muhlafi saw police confront and kill Sterling, who was selling CDs with his permission, last Tuesday night. Muhlafi recorded part of the incident in footage that has since gone viral. The video seems to show that Sterling did not have a weapon in his hand when Officer Howie Lake shouted “gun!” and Officer Blane Salamoni fired six shots into his chest. Muhlafi is suing the officers, police chief Carl Dabadi as well as the Baton Rouge Police Dept. The dept has no comment. #NEWtwist Source: Curt Autry NBC12

I've been detained wrongfully and harrassed by policemen. I complied and remained silent, that's until ibwas called a 'dumb drug dealer' while handcuffed. Anyone that knows me knows that I NEVER touch that stuff. Again, another story, another day on why I was coined as a dumb drug dealer. I then mouthed off to the officer's, but did so in a non threatening manor. The reason for me saying that is because I'm a FIRM believer in complying with police.

I'm a man of fair debate. If it's a spade, I call it a spade. If it's wrong, then its wrong. In this particular incident in Baton Rouge, the officer is definitely wrong. Not trying to spin it at all. BTW, did you see what the store owner said? The police confiscated all cell phone video and took the store's surveillance video and now, it's mysteriously missing. Luckily, the store owner was able to sneakily keep his cell phone video, showing the incident from a different angle. Again, how convenient was it that the officer's body cam didn't catch anything? Had the store owner's cell video been confiscated, we would only have what they want us to see... And conspiracy theories are another topic another day that I won't be discussing... Lol

Smh If your mentality is how may of the boys in blue's mentality are, then I see that tentions will will remain high and these shootings/kilings will remain the norm. Sad really.

The chest has the most vital organs in the body. So, you shoot the chest point blank in an effort to restrain or to kill? Did those two officers feel like their life was in danger even whole they had him on his back pinned? Also, how ironic that BOTH of those officer's body cams conveniently didn't record anything....

Now I'm not for violence to counteract a violent act, by no means but I do believe that we need to call it for what it is....

Don't question my intelligence, please... I never claimed to be an expert at this. I'm no police officer. But at some point, one would only need to use common sense. I've seen several times just 2 officers restrain 1 man. Second, the guy was tasered, right? Third of all, did it require SIX fatal chest shots? Funny that your long winded bantering never touched on that...

So what's the justification in SIX shots to the chest? Kill shots, match add. AFTER the guy was restrained and subdued... Couldn't have just handcuffed him? I mean, it was 2 officers...
