82 5A State Champs

Most likely games won't be played there till 2012 or 2013, if not later. BISD knows how to drag their feet. Depending on when they actually start on it, it should take about two years to complete. If they start it now, it should be football ready for the 2011 season. Should be really nice stadium if it's done right!

Katy @ West Brook West Brook @ North Shore

Well, at least most of us agree with who should be on top of that poll! ;D

That stadium is just gonna be awesome.

Maaan, 82. We get no respect being way at the bottom like that! lol. Just remember this post after week 1. ;D Oh, contrair moonfrair ;D. I think this ranking will probably come true.....especially after week's 0 and 1. LOL! (at least I stuck you guys in front of L-town)

1) West Brook 2) Dayton 3) Nederland 4) WO-S 5) Newton 6) Kirbyville 7) PN-G 8) Central 9) Lumberton 10) Memorial

You must be referring to Chris, Craig's brother. Craig is the QB in the video, not Chris.

KUDOS, dude!

Aunt Joy has been instrumental in getting this race together. Uncle Joe would be proud. Thanks guys!

I have heard rumors circulating around that BISD's new stadium will rival GPISD's stadium, which is a very nice complex complete with field turf. However, before it can be built, they need to stop dragging their feet and decide on a site in which to build it and get on with the project. If they started right now, it would probably be 2010 before it would be finished and playable. WBbear probably knows more about it than I do.

If the caution hadn't have waved, the 88 wouldn't have won the race. Good job to those guys, they deserve it.

Happy Fathers Day to all the great dad's on this forum! Have a great and special day!

LOL!

This kid will be an asset to the team no matter where you put him. We probably wont see much of him next season, but watch for him in the 2009 season.

We've also got this kid, Bruce Reyes, coming up in the next few years. He will be a sophomore next year, so he might get some varsity time. This kid also looks like a beast!

I found this video, and thought you guys might find it interesting! [Hidden Content]

There will be an additional RB in the backfield, I think. I'm told that Jordan Garrett (#4), along with a few others, will split the load with C Mike. Am I right, WBbear?

Again, Coach Chip is gonna have to be on his game this year to keep #33 healthy, thus not leading to a premature ending to the season.

Let's just hope he doesn't turn into another Boobie Miles story, and we lose him for the season to injury. Hopefully, he will stay relatively healthy all season long!

Maybe we can hope that our defense will mature faster than normal, and be a good complement to our offense.

Sorrrry!

I apologize, I understood you to say that we had 8 returners, not counting the basketball player/receiver......what's his name? Donte Lopez, I think.... Soulja knows who I'm talking about. If you counted him(he didn't play as a junior), that made nine. Sorry for the bad info.

5afootball.com has WB wuth 9 on O and 2 on D....... We actually have 8 returners on offense, and 5 on defense.......here is a list of last years roster. There are a few players who will start that were not on last years team. 78 Nick Andrepoint 6’ 3†275 Junior OL 68 Roland Bordelon 6’ 4†225 Junior DL 64 Michael Broussard 6’ 1†260 Junior OL Jeremy Cooper Team Defense 65 Chris Durgin 6’ 2†250 Junior OL 76 Cedric Franklin 6’ 2†285 Junior OL 4 Jordan Garrett 6’ 1†190 Junior WR, DB 45 Caleb Gatlin 5’ 10†205 Junior LB 3 Ryan Grant 6’ 1†165 Junior WR 12 Christian Louis 6’ 0†175 Junior QB 77 Markel McCartney 6’ 1†250 Junior OL 33 Christine Michael 5’ 11†180 Junior RB 52 Shane Nolan 5’ 10†190 OL 22 Cecil Phillips 5’ 7†180 Junior LB 17 Chris Pinson 5’ 8†150 Junior WR 6 Taylor Reed 6’ 0†160 Junior LB 44 Adorian Underwood 5’ 10†205 Junior LB 58 Malcom Williams 6’ 3†195 Junior LB Josh Wilson

5A Div 2.......I dont think Katy or SLC will make it that far. I think Pflugerville will be there again.

Forest Park ??? huh? Dont tell me I'm the only one that caught that!
