Yep...they'll be gone by Thursday for sure.  We have around 4300 season ticket holders and most of those sold today the next two days are for general public and students.  Last night coach said if our side sales out fans will be able to purchase tickets at the BH gate and sit on their side.

Just ask Livingston how PNG did in the rain in mud bowl 2009!  We'll be fine but thanks for the weather update! ::)

Well my son was on PNG Purple and going into the playoffs our only two losses came at the hand of both of those teams.  Beaumont does have a explosive offense but I think the lil Dogs from Ned will have no problem shutting it down!  So I'm going with our neighbors across the tracks...at least until Jr MCM!  :)

Congrats Cubs!!  I'm sure there'll be some Purple n White at that game...we got our Asst Head Coach, Joe Dale Cary from Aledo...he's a fantastic guy, his little girl is in my sons Kindergarten class and he brought her to his bday party and we got to chat for a bit and he's just a super nice guy...Aldeo's loss is our gain for sure! 

Yeah, I agree "godogs"...our rivalry may not be the longest but is one of the biggest in the State.  Coach Faircloth said it came up in conversations a lot at Permian and he was glad he got to be a part of it!!  Man, what I would LOVE to see is him arrange a match up between PNG and Odessa-Permian!  It woud be GREAT for him to get to play a game against his former team...and a re-match is LONG overdue  ;D!  Probably won't happen, but it's a nice thought!

Congrats to West Brook and Central on a fine season!  You both represented SE Texas well!  I can't wait to see the new digs next year...gonna be a first class facility!

As of now...Brenham has beaten two "purple" teams...come on Dayton...show 'em what Purple Pride is all about!!!

Well, IMO, THIS year was definately a REBUILDING year, from the ground up, and look what we accomplished!  Yes, we will lose some key players, but if Faircloth can do what he did this year, with new players learning a totally NEW system, imagine what he can do with players that already know the system!  Next year can't get here fast enough!!

I agree, it was a good game!  I think our players went into this game with a lot of bottled up emotion after the death of  a classmate last week, and just let it out at the end of the game.  A lot of them were friends with the boy and some were on the soccer team with him.  Not making excuses for them, just saying it had been a very emotional couple of days heading into that game. 

Ummm....where's FriendswoodFan at??  I thought he'd be the first one on here after all that smack talking he was doing on our threads!  Maybe his daddy has him mowing the lawn  ;)! Anyway, Congrats Jags on your win last night...glad yall got your "miracle moment"...wish I would've been there to see that comeback!

[/quote] Speaking of Cinco Ranch, there were a couple of kids from their band sitting behind me at the game, I think they have a relative that is a PNG fan.  Anyway, they were some really nice kids and had GREAT things to say about PNG!  They said they had never been to a PNG game before, but heard ALL about it from their relatives and they had to come see it for themselves.  They were a little reserved at first, but we had them standing for Cherokee and doing the War Chant with us in the second half!  They said they will def try an come to another PNG game next year and bring friends!  Anyway, even though the kids were nice and loved my NDN's, I gotta pull for the local team....GO BRUINS!!

Congrats Dayton!!  It would be GREAT to see you guys in the State Championship game!  Especially if Brenham makes it cause I think they need another dose of Purple Passion  ;D!

Yeah, that article was a little tacky  ::)!  I mean, half of the comments that were made on here were not by PNG fans anyway!  I could understand if our players were trash talking their team, but to say your team got motivated by a bunch of "cyber bullies" and "laptop coaches"  is just plain funny!  The funniest thing is when he said "they aint all that"!  Umm...any team that can be down 20 points and come back to almost whip you IS all THAT! It just wasn't our night, and most of us DO accept that! Oh, what the heck was that "dance" their kickoff team was doing???    ??? Looked like a bunch of cats in a litter box ....lol!!
