I hear a lot of Bad Santa bashing. If you don't like my opinion state your own. This board is all opinion based. 90% of you didn't play ball in high school as well. Yes I was the score keeper for Joe Sigler and I was at every single practice for 4yrs. I know basketball. Tigervoice, I can handle success better than you. I give back to Silsbee ISD silently every year thru scholarship or donations and never mention a word of it. What have you done?

HJ can hang with Silsbee from what I saw last night. Maybe Silsbee played bad? Maybe HJ played better than they have all year? All I know is that the 2 teams I saw play could beat the pants off most teams in this state! They both deserved to win IMO. Silsbee got the win. I hope the next game is just as good and Silsbee wins that also.

Silsbee will NOT lose at HJ. Their bench is too good. Lst night they were down so the bench players didn't get as much time as usual. Silsbee will wear down Prejohn ad Prudhomme each game with this. You will see me more full court pressing next game.

Ball is overrated!

If Silsbee coaches watch this game the way I did, there are several ways I would play HJ different next go around. Gustofson is a one handed point guard with no confidence in his shot. Prejohn only plays on the left side of the block. Silsbee did a nice job of doubling down on him in the 4th. The Sutherland kid doesn't too much on the floor. Yes he is a good set shot shooter but if you pressure him to dribble it takes away that shot. Looks like Bosha thinks he's playing MTV Rock n Jock basketball. He thinks he can get 25 points for those long 3's. He needs to come closer. Prudhomme will go for any pump fake you give him. DRIVE THE BALL.

I don't see these teams spliting this season. HJ is much better than what I thought but so is Silsbee. IMO HJ may have played their best game of the year where Silsbee (who had another 6 day break) will be stronger the next time they play in 2 weeks.

Why does Bosha shoot 3ks from 27 feet out? If he takes 3 to 5 steps in, it will help him. His 3ks are longer than NBA range. Doesn't matter how far back, its all 3 pointers.

Things I observed. 1) Prudhomme is a beast! He isn't as good as DC but he is a better rebounder. 2) 32 for HJ is a darn good player. Silsbee really had no one to hold him 3) Silsbee overall played sloppy. Bad passes and bad shooting 4). HJ has a team that is very equal to Silsbee's. 5) Gustafason is a better point guard that I thought.

That music was horrible! They blew out my ear drumbs. This crap playing girls before guys is a joke!
