Why doesn't Beaumont have anymore powerhouse programs? No team in Beaumont areas has a shot at making consistent run at state each year. In the 80's and 90's they always had a shot at one school going deep into the playoffs.

Silsbee can score fast and often! Buna just doesn't have the size, speed, or skill for Silsbee. I can see Silsbee being up 28-0 at the half and it only getting worst for the Cougars. Buna needs a few years to adjust and they will be just fine.

I remember watching Sulpher Springs vs Dayton a few years back the Sulphers Springs coach would pooch kick every single kickoff about 15 yards down field. Think they recover a few of them.

Being honest, Vidor, Nederland, PAM, and Dayton would roll WOS. Those teams are very good. WOS hasn't proven that they are the best 3A team in the area yet. I hope Silsbee beats them down!

I guess he has a deep down feeling Buna can beat Silsbee. Silsbee and WOS have 4A talent in 3A. I hope Silsbee shows every bit of that 4A talent thru the rest of the season with a very deep playoff run. Tigers blast Buna by at least 40.
