Silsbee OL had a hard time moving Hitchcock around but maybe able to get the running game going again this week if Farr is back. Id like to see less of Farr in the backfield since he starts on both sides of the ball, but he is the best RB we have. I do liek the way the freshman runs the ball. Get him in some space and he can move. Still a little light in thr pants but he will be good.

Silsbee pass defense got burned alot vs Hitchcock who has some extremely talented kids. I dont think HF passing attack has that kind of talent but they are good.

I'm pretty sure Silsbee will get quit a few guys back who missed the Hitchcock game.

If they have to play twice, you never know. Maybe Hitchcock loses in district and they rematch in the 4th round.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Hitchcock playing in Jerry's World around Christmas. Not sure how they aren't ranked #1 in 3A D1.

Hitchcock is the real deal. I look forward to watching them the rest of the season. Silsbee, lick your wounds and enjoy the bye. Looks like a fee more Tigers got hurt tonight and could use 2 weeks off.

Yeah I saw him limping around quit a bit when he did try to play. Good move by his dad my classmate.

Hoping Gaines and Farr will both play

Hitchcock reminds me of those Newton teams back around 2015. Remember when Newton and WOS both won state the same year. Newton actually beat WOS that year in Orange I believe. Newton had 3 or 4 D1 kids. Barlow, Brown, Foster etc. Most of Hitchcock basketball team plays football.

Leading tackles is great but that doesn't mean the best for sure. He is definitely headed in the right direction. I hope that young man keeps playing hard and earns himself a scholarship.

I'm not sure if Hitchcock defense is as good as last years Bellville defense that gave Silsbee the blues. Id attack this team in the middle of the field. Not sure our run game will do much vs that DL. Quick outs will also help.

This would be a heck of a basketball match up as well.

#8 for Hitchcock the kid going to A&M WR along with #9 thr QB will give us fits. They also have a few other going D1. I expect to see Moshier having a big game. Silsbee at home is a tough win for anyone. If HF can put up almost 60, Silsbee should be able to score some points. Bellville pass game is about as bad as Vidor.. Im a homer so ill say Silsbee 30 Hitchcock 28

Who you got?

Silsbee ans Bellville play different styles if football. Silsbee may have a better defense than HF but not as explosive on offense. Yes this is a tough game for Silsbee but if they are halfway healthy, I'll take Silsbee at home. Hitchcock has 4 or 5 D1 kids. Reminds me of some of those Newton teams from 7 or 8 years ago.
