Regardless of any of this, The Sup, principal, school board, town of Cleveland, etc was aware of the offense that Maples ran and was bringing.  He was hired the end of July to put in an offense that takes years to learn successfully.  Indian4life, its easy to sit the bench and be happy when your winning

The other Woods moved to Humble.  The Diboll kid moved back to Diboll.  The back up QB (Rodriguez) who would have started after the twins injury moved to Tarkington. You cant say everything was happy in Happy town.

This is off subject but I was suprised when i came to the BH track meet in the shape of the track and hurdles, and pits.  Seemed to be on their last leg.  I agree with the spring ball thing though if you have to put in a new offense.

Splendora lost bc of bad coaching?  lol.  Give me a break.  Nice 1st post.  How about Splendora is down right now. I saw a couple of their games (1 in person and 1 on film).  Im pretty sure they didnt lose to Cleveland, Coldspring, Shepherd, and Chavez b/c of "Coaching".  Those teams had better athletes.

Kingwood Parks boys ran a 3:14 at the Rice meet in the 4x400 and I think the guy on the 4x4 ran a 47.7 in the open 400

I also think that Dayton didnt have the athletes in the 90's that they have now.  We played them in 94-95 and they werent good know matter who coached them.  I know some people from there and when they werent that good, Liberty, HD and a few others were.  Where now, the kids from those schools are heading that way.  What's the kids name with the braids that is the anchor on the 4x4?  Saw him at Liberty.  Pretty fast.  What does he play in football?
