1. Let's handle this with kid gloves.....Mann is no longer with Crosby ISD. He "resigned" earlier this month.
2. I see that Cleveland is 0-4 under a new coaching staff.  The grass is not always greener on the other side!!
3. Lifelong fan huh?  Does he remember the sub .500 years before Traylor got there?  Trust me, their team will be very competitive next year.  They may not have the guns they had this year, but they will be poised for another playoff run.  That football staff is one of the best around.  As a matter of fact, I think one of the coaches told me that they are 90-7 in the last 7 years.  That's impressive!  They will get their kids prepared.
4.

???Face it Liberty just does not have what it takes this year but watch out the next couple of years.
watch out for what?  Their sub varsities are terrible and they are losing alot.
Daniel Fitzwater is a 6"4 freshmen with good arm strength and accuracy, Liberty's backfield will be terrible next year with the loss of their Junior running back Darren Edward's, but the Freshmen Fitzwater who next year will start varsity quarterback as a sophomore, so they will have a terrible year, but when Fitzwater is a junior he will be well experienced and he definetely has the size to put Liberty back up there with Cleveland and Coldspring
Where is Bucket going?
5. I believe Corndog is right..... This is the way I see it, going into week 10........ Shepherd 3-3  -  has a bye in week 10 Huffman 2-3  -  vs Tarkington in week 10 Liberty 2-3  -  vs Coldspring in week 10 Best case scenario for Liberty: Liberty beats Coldspring and Huffman loses to Tarkington. Liberty will be 3-3 and Shepherd will be 3-3, with Huffman falling off at 2-4.  In the event of any tie, you go to head-to-head action.  Since Shepherd beat Liberty....Shepherd would go as the #3 seed. If Liberty and Huffman both win...... At this point all three teams are tied at 3-3.  In a three way tie, first you go head-to-head.  Since each team was 1-1 against one another, then it would come down to points.  Liberty beat Huffman by 5 (+5) and lost to Shepherd by 14 (-14), so Liberty would be at -9.  Huffman lost to Liberty by 5(-5) and beat Shepherd by 7 (+7), so Huffman would be at +2.  Shepherd lost to Huffman by 7 (-7) and beat Liberty by 14 (+14), so Shepherd would be at +7.  So.......if Liberty beats Coldspring and Huffman beats Tarkington, Shepherd goes to the playoffs as the # 3 seed. Am I right???? ???
6. Jeremy Dickey is probably the starter. Colton Anderson is the other QB.
7. Do any of the coaches come to your yard and throw rocks at you while you mow? Do they come to your work and yell and scream at you telling you that you are worthless, washed up, and need to go somewhere else? Boy.....I sure wish we could see some of you at work. Oh yeah, that's right, you're too busy talking about other people on the internet.
8. Well.......when you guys get on a public website and bash a coaching staff and team that is struggling, you are doing nothing but causing controversy between the two entities that are fighting every week for those wins........the kids and the coaches. Kids do read these boards and believe some of the things you say (unfortunately)! Unless you are in the coaches office, you too, have no idea what is going on with this program. Again, good luck to BH the rest of the way.
9. WOW! I can honestly say I could see this coming though. And so do the coaches. Jump ship when things get tough.......you fair weather fans. When things were good, you sat around with your chin held high thinking no one was better than the mighty HILL! Now that there is one small hitch in the plan, let's lynch the coach and find someone new. Talent comes in phases and it sounds as though BH is in one of those down cycles. I know Don and many of the guys on his staff. They know exactly what they are doing and get the most out of their athletes. 40-0 in four year regular season stretch remind you of anything. And in the playoffs, you do face GOOD competition that can beat you on any given day. That's the nature of the beast. That's the same offense that rattled off 40 in a row.....remember??? Variations come with time, but it's still the same principles. That's the same coach that over the last 10 years is one of the most successful coaches in the state. Quit your whining and start supporting, even in the tough times. Good Luck BH coaches and kids. Don't listen to the nay-sayers. Work hard and fight to get better every day as a team!!
10. Don't know if the panthers are quite ready for this step yet.....only time will tell. I will tell you one thing though Dayton......You got one heck of a QB in Cody Green. Not only is he a great athlete, he is an even better young man. He is polite, has great manners, and he pays attention to future Broncos wherever he is. It's great to see a young man act like this. Good luck to you guys this year!
11. slimbo.......you guys scrimmaging today?? We got moved to Friday afternoon.
12. Every year people say it is the weakest in the state. But remember it's being compared to the best in the state over to the east. I wouldn't expect you to understand though........you are a Baylor fan. ;D Hook 'em!!!
13. Does anyone know the overall record between these two schools?
