Who gives a flip about Tarkington?  No one cares about them.  And yes the Same hardin team that barely beat Tarkington.  You beat 2 teams that barely beat them.

Ive seen Hardin and Huntington in film and they arent much better than Scarborough.

Liberty is better this year and Porter isnt a jv team, now has seniors.  Whats the predictions

What alot of people outside athletics dont realize is thats athletics accounts for about 1.5% of a schools budget.  its nothing

The problem you face with HS track is that most HS athletes are not track athletes.  They are basketballers, softballers, volleyballers, etc that run track.  Im not going to punish a girl for missing a meet or two to better herself.  I had a girl miss a meet for a volleyball tourn.  BUT, a District meet is different.  If I was that coach and would have known ahead of time she wouldnt have ran.  So, I can see why it is a big deal

For once, I agree with Beechnut.  They tend to act like the kids should be setting the world on fire year in year out.  Nelson took them to 2 UNDEFEATED District Titles.  Something even Weldon didnt do.  You gotta love board members with agendas.  Curious to see how this plays out.

And lets be honest.  The kids we are talking about are not the ones going to College.  Its the ones who are in high school 5-6 years or dropping out.  Not every KID has motivation at home or internal motivation.

Gorilla, your killing me. lol.  Make a Triangle from kingwood 59 to Livingston 59 to Woodlands 45 and not much inside triangle worth speaking of lately, not just NCISD.  I agree with the support thing.  NC had alot of support in the 90's when they were doing well.  I dont know too many teams that arent good that have support 

It is a league.  Teams and schedules have been set for it.
