What drives me nuts as a coach is to hear another coach scream catch the ball. The kid didnt try to miss the ball. Tell him What he did wrong to drop the ball. Same with make the tackle. But I think alot of catching a ball is everything that has been mentioned as well as hand strength. You cant be weak and catch well.

Gorilla is not in Splendora. They are always scrappy, just young and a new O right now.

Making a freshman team play a jv schedule and taking a beating shouldnt be an option. There are always jv games open b/c of this situation.

I have to agree with Gorilla. You can say Hardin takes the win but blindfolded? Give me a break. Hardin is no powerhouse. They have had a decent last couple of years. They may win but ST4 life quit smoking the rubber from the new turf at Hardin.
